We pulled the sofa bed out and it refused to go back into coach so it was left out the whole stay. There was stuff throughout that seemed like the property was waiting for me to break it to charge me for it like the table was hanging on by a thread and a towel holder was coming out of wall, as well as the sliding door was dryrot from sea water on outside. The master bed made noise if u moved an inch made it impossible for me to sleep because I move in my sleep. Had to tell my kids to not touch anything because it seemed like a setup trying to get someone to replace everything. Had no menus or napkins like other rooms that our friends had in theirs. Good view that was pretty much only positive.

great condo, check in meh
The condo's great (except for a weird smell in the bathroom that appears mid morning and hovers for most of the day, it was odd and not produced by the occupants) BUT the check in process is cumbersome and irritating. I would highly recommend being able to check in right next to the property u stay at (which is what we ended up doing so it must be possible)

We had some issues with the key; but the maintenance guy gave us a working key as the rest of the stay was smooth! The view was amazing!

Amazing stay

We love the condo, it was clean and had all the accessories we needed. The Bella Sirena resort is one of our favorite places too.

Beautiful, safe getaway.
As advertised- this was a repeat trip. Zero complaints- we liked this condo so much last trip we made sure to stay in the same place. The staff working on the grounds are helpful and polite.

Lovely one bedroom. Lovely view. And bedroom pillows that are amazing. We had one problem with our hot water but I think it was a new hot water heater and it wasn’t lit. I reported the problem and it was fixed before I returned from breakfast.

I will always choose Bella Sirena to stay at. I’m so peaceful hanging out at the beach there. Added bonus…Swim Pool Lounge…they make the best food and drink! There is no need to leave the property. An all around great vacation there!

Great property with some improvements
We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Sirena, but there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, we noticed that we did not have any towels and found them all still wet in the dryer. It appears the housekeeper forgot to turn it on. Not a big deal, we just dried them ourselves. There was also an issue with the toilet/plumbing when we arrived, where toilet was not draining properly. I tried to message the owner thru VRBO and got no response. Luckily my husband was able to use the plunger and get it to work, but had he not that would have been quite terrible! The check-in process was not ideal since you have to pick up the keys at the Property Management office first and then check in AGAIN at the property, however it was fine. The Property Manager that assisted us was quite pleasant and helpful. Upon check out, we filled out an incident report for some minor cosmetic repairs that needed to be addressed at the condo (i.e., leaking dishwasher, missing pull in shower). The PM was appreciative that we brought it to their attention. Despite all that, I still would recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the property itself was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool, easy access to the beach and dinner on the balcony, plus the amazing views! My tip would be to seek out restaurants nearby or go to the grocery store to stock up on food as there is only one restaurant on the property AND bring your own BEACH towels because the condo does not provide that for you.

Condo was extremely clean! Our first visit to Bella Serena, and it didn't disappoint. View from the balcony was lovely, facilities were great. The only thing I could suggest for improvement: there was so much communication prior to arrival that it became confusing (which email contained which information). Suggest one document for check-in/out procedures. Othere than that very minor thing, our stay was wonderful!

Definitely Coming Back
This was my first time to Puerto Penasco. I am so happy I booked at Bella Sirena. I had a one bedroom one bath and this place was big. I really like having a large balcony with doors leading out of the family room and bedroom. The views were amazing. Waking up to views of the Sea Of Cortez was amazing. The only thing you needed to bring was yourself and food. I would definitely book this place again and next time I plan to bring my husband 😁

Great location at an affordable price
Love the resort and the condominium. Make sure you follow the check in introctions and make arrangement for keys ahead of your trip. I expected to check in at the resort and didn't find out untill we got there I needed to get keys at the management office.

Beautiful Condo With Beautiful Views
Ok, first the check-in process was confusing as you check in at the Sonoran spa not at the property you stay at. Then you have to go back and check-in at Bella Serena. The young lady behind the desk was not pleasant but it was late in the day. All that aside, once you are in, the place is second to none. The swim up bar was great and the service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this stay. Balcony is massive with 180* views. The furniture is clean and modern and all appliances worked perfectly., The owners clearly loves and maintains this property to the highest standard. My wife, who is a lawyer commented on all the disclaimers and waivers we signed but once inside she admitted she understood they are trying to make sure this place stays in excellent condition, mission accomplished!
