Spacious and quiet beachfront vacation, close to Romatic Zone.
We enjoyed our eight night stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The roof top pool and pool area were a delight. The beach side walk in to restaurants on Pulpito Basillio Badillo was quick and easy. This is a beautiful and spacious three bedroom condo. We also enjoyed simple but good meals at the on site first or second floor restaurant.

The unit was very nice, clean, comfy beds etc. The balcony is the best, chairs or chaise lounges to look at the ocean, listen to the waves. We saw whales all the time (mid january). The staff and bars/restaurants, pools at the building were amazingwere

Beachfront luxury
There were three couples that stayed at Sayan Beach. The condo was right on the ocean with a beautiful huge covered deck and a private beach. Walking distance to the Malacon and old Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants and bars were right beside each pool and the staff were amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning! They also made the best Pina Coladas and Margaritas!

Spectacular apartment
We had a very nice long weekend stay. It was not enough time, but left us wanting to return. PV is a lovely destination, but this apartment and they comprehensive resort-style building is equally an impressive destination. We will definitely return for a longer stay. I loved how the building had a restaurant and bar, with room-service available as well. We loved the roof top pool which had a spectacular view. The gym was great too. I wish yoga could have been offered (fee payable?) as an improvement. The front desk and the assistants around the building were so helpful and all spoke great English. Overall a wonderful place to have a vacation.

This is our second time staying at the Sayan Beach property and it never disappoints. The staff is exceptional, the food is delicious, the property is well maintained and perfectly located next to the beach. John’s property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Absolutely Amazing!
This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo itself was spotless and just perfect. The view was truly breathtaking! We could not get enough. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds were so clean and stunning and had everything you could ask for. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made this a wonderful stay. The rooftop pool and bar were under construction during our stay so we were unable to enjoy that, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to go back!

Perfect location, unbeatable views
The views, amenities, and beach access cannot be beaten. Condo itself- Waking up to a full beach view, falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magical. Joel, our main contact/concierge, made our entire stay seamless. He took care of every detail (from the airport pickup, booking massages on the beach, groceries, and more) he made our stay incredible. Resort/condos - Truly enjoyed all of the amenities- the gym, bars, pools, EVERYTHING was top notch- especially the food! Every single worker was helpful and attentive, especially Joaquin at the bar who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. It was a short Uber ride into town- which we loved since we needed to disconnect and relax.

We love Sayan Beach!
We have stayed at the sister property, so we know how special Sayan is. But the rest of my extended family was utterly blown away. We had a fantastic milestone birthday celebration. And although we knew when we booked that the rooftop pool would be closed, the management graciously allowed everyone up to view the 90% coverage eclipse. This is a beautiful property. The staff couldn’t be more hospitable. The in-house dining options are fantastic. There really is nothing like Sayan anywhere else in the area—and we have been visiting PV regularly for three decades. Take it from a pro—this is the building you want to be in, and this unit is perfect—need a bandaid or aluminum foil to keep those grilled shrimp warm? It’s there.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Sayan Beach . The Condo was in pristine condition and well stocked with supplies . It had beach chairs , books, games, bose sound system and even distilled water for a cpap machine . The ocean view and sound of the waves was amazing. Joel checked us in and was very helpful . Have stayed a few times in this area and this was the best experience so far. Will definetly return .

Vacation in Paradise
My husband, myself, and two adult daughters were fortunate enough to spend 8 nights in this gorgeous condo and felt like we experienced our dream vacation. The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and has everything that you could possibly need to feel at home. Communication with John and Joel was fast and friendly, and Joel went out of his way to welcome us to Puerto Vallarta. He arranged airport transportation, grocery shopped for us, arranged amazing massages/pedicures on the beautiful balcony of the condo, and even took us on a personal taco tour. He also set a man to us who was able to set up additional activities that we expressed interest in. The beach was very accessible although we struggled to tear ourselves away from the spectacular swimming pools. The entire staff at the condo was very friendly and helpful and the food and drink were great. We are already trying to figure out when we can return to this very special place!

Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located
We booked our stay more than 6mos ago because our friends had set their wedding date at a villa nearby. I found this listing and thought it would be perfect and it was! The location was perfect, the condo was clean, well AC’ed, comfortable, great shower pressure, had beach chairs to take down to the beach with you, and each of the 3 bedrooms had its own full bathroom. Joel the property manager was very communicative, friendly, responsive and helpful. He made great recommendations for our activities as well as connected us with Rafael to book everything, took us on a specialized taco tour based on what I was looking for, and allowed us to request groceries to be stocked before our arrival. The rooftop Infiniti pool is gorgeous overlooking the ocean. And the small beach in walking distance is swimmable (not too rocky). I would highly recommend staying here! I definitely plan to come back.

Relaxing and immersive
We had a wonderful stay. The staff in the building are outstanding and attentive. The view is unbeatable if you want to be near zona Romantica but not in the noise and chaos! It was easy and cheap to Uber or taxi in whenever we wanted. I highly recommend this building if you want a gorgeous beachfront experience.

Puerto Vallarta Perfection
Wow, this was one of the first properties that we came across on VRBO when planning our family trip and I am certainly glad it was available during our stay. There wasn't one issue with the property and every detail had been addressed before we arrived. Our host was great to work with and provided a very comprehensive welcome package. It included all the information needed for the property, a grocery shopping list and the contact information for our PV contact person for the Sayan Beach condo. We were in contact with our PV helper about a week before our arrival about transportation from the airport and the grocery items. He took care of everything for us! When we arrived outside the airport, our transportation was standing by. After the quick ride to the property, he was waiting for us when we arrived. He and all the others that help around the development went above and beyond!!! Couldn't have asked for nicer folks. They gave us a personal tour of the entire property explaining all the amenities. By the time we got to the room, our luggage had been delivered and every item requested on our grocery shopping list had been provided. The actual condo was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Everything was spotless and the views and sounds of Banderas Bay were absolutely amazing. Our host thought of everything to make the stay awesome with the furnishings . The sound system, internet and televisions were really nice to have, but we didn't use them much given the view from the terrace. It provided us with hours of relaxation and entertainment. The beach and sunsets made this stay so memorable. The location seemed remote - the beach area was very private and quiet. However, just a short walk to the north along the beach and your were right at Los Muertos Pier. The gym had everything needed for a good workout, the pools were amazing, as was the food from the restaurants. We had several meals there and everything was delicious. We all wanted to explore the local area, so they recommended some of their favorite places to go. He also helped us set up last minute reservations for a local boat tour and show. Our stay went by so quickly and we're all looking forward to returning for another stay. They came through once again and made everything so easy for checkout and getting back to the airport. We all appreciated their assistance with all they did to make the stay enjoyable and would highly recommend staying at Sayan Beach condo!!!

A Fabulous Condo!
This condo was absolutely wonderful. It was extremely clean. The unit was very spacious. Everything was modern/updated. The views were unbelievable!!! Joel, our point of contact before and during our stay, was also wonderful. He was available for anything we needed. Communication was fabulous! He’d respond to our texts within minutes. He was super helpful; he even went out and bought any groceries we wanted for the condo prior to our arrival. The security staff was so friendly! We were always greeted by them at the main entrance whether we were coming or going. We felt very safe, knowing that there was a team of guys working security at the entrance to the condo complex. Couldn’t be happier with Sayan Beach Condos! I highly recommend!

Great Stay!
This unit was as spectacular as in the pictures. The outfitting was above expectations. The condo building itself was exceptional with wonderful facilities and plenty of room for all residents. The staff was plentiful and welcoming, particularly the knowledgeable security staff. Although there are frequent comments about climbing a rocky headland to get to Playa Los Muertos beach along the waterfront, we managed it (in our mid 70’s). But count on taking a taxi if you are not going along the waterfront. John & Joel were easy to deal with. I have to give a special shoutout to Joel who seems to know everything a visitor might need to know about the building, the unit and the city. In particular, on the day of our departure, with a minor medical emergency approaching departure time, he analyzed our problem, drove us to a medical clinic, drove us to the airport, stopping on the way to get our prescription from a Pharmacy. He was a godsend!

Everything we were hoping for
This beautiful property was the home base for a very memorable vacation. It was very comfortable for two couples. Every amenity we could think of was provided for. The on site food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We appreciated the close proximity by cab to the Malecon. We enjoyed Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos festivities downtown. Amazing condo
I would 100% recommend staying at this condo. We had such an amazing time there. The view is stunning. We saw whales from the balcony on two occasions during our week there! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The shower is amazing and now I’m trying to find the same shower head to have at home. Communication with Joel was fantastic. He got us groceries upon arrival and was in contact asking us if we needed anything throughout the stay. There are multiple pools which are absolutely beautiful. We swam in the pool daily with my little ones who are 2 and 5. They LOVED it. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves. The rooftop pool has an absolutely fantastic view. The drinks from the pool bar were great and food was very good too! The staff at Sayan beach were great. They were always so nice to us and the kids. Jose at the front door was always so nice and helpful. My 5 year old loved talking to him about all the things we did that day. Location of the condo is great. It was really nice to be able to walk to the beach with the kids. It’s just a a short walk down some stairs and down some rocks. That area of the beach is pretty rocky but the kids still loved it and built sand castles. We did take an Uber one of the days to a less rocky beach, which was a short ride. We used Uber the entire time we were there. The rides are pretty inexpensive compared to the US and it’s a short ride to the Zona Romántica area with lots of great restaurants. We did walk it one day, but it was a challenge to walk with little kids and not to mention it’s along a busy road. If we were without kids, the walk would be very doable. Overall this condo is amazing and I would recommend staying here to anyone. My husband and I are still talking about it and missing it.

Amazing!
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation without all the craziness of a resort, then this is the place for you! We stayed 5 nights with two couples and could have stayed another week! The room: This spacious condo has everything you that you need to spend a week or more away from home. It is well appointed with all the amenities! and if they don't have it, just a quick call to Joel and you will have it soon! Sitting on the balcony at any time of the day is the most relaxing thing ever! Sayan Beach Condominium: This complex is absolutely spectacular. The staff truly want to take care of your every need. Shout out to Jose, he is always there to help in any way, including taking those annoying tourist pictures and will make sure you always have a taxi anytime you need. The roof top pool and bar are breathtaking. This was our favorite spot to hang out and if you get an offer from Vincente to do a Tequila pairing and tasting, DO IT! it's worth every penny! Great drinks! there's no pre-made resort drinks here. each drink was hand made by the bartender and very, very good! Location: I think the condo has a great location. just a short walk down the beach (10 minutes) and you can be downtown. Food: Although we didn't eat a lot at the restaurant, everything we did order was excellent and reasonably priced. All in this complex is a 10 out of 10. enjoy!

Best views in Vallarta; extremely clean and new. Fantastic service and recommendations from the concierge (Joel). The on-site restaurant has a wide variety of choices at affordable prices. Excelent Infinity pool. Easy and safe walk to the beach, malecon and zona romantic. Highly recommended
