Excelente El apartamento esta nuevo en perfecta condiciones , aire acondicionado agua caliente la cocina muy bien equipada. El sofa cama super comodo y las camas super comodas .

When we arrived at 4pm, we were allowed into the Hard Rock property, but not the condo property. I had to contact Tatiana to get us into the property. This took 15 minutes while we waited outside the gate in a cab. When we arrived at the condo, the door was ajar and there was a couple inside cleaning. He was sweeping the floor, and she was wiping the counters. The place was a mess. The floor was dirty, the counters were sticky, and there was hair (not ours) in both baths. There was 2 used tissues on the floor in one of the bedrooms. We did not even want to sit down in this place. Also, there were only 3 towels for both of us and no washcloths, or handtowels and we were there for a week. I called Tatiana, and she said the cleaners had been there since 11am that day. Doing what I do not know, but it was not cleaning. The cleaners had to come back that evening and we had to go buy towels at the store. The cleaning lady brought towels the next day around 6pm. We found a huge garbage bag full of dirty towels in the closet. They remained there our entire stay. Tatiana was well aware of all of these problems, and I even contacted her after our stay, she has done nothing to resolve this matter and we have been home since the 26th of December. This has never happened to us before, and we would not stay at this condo again.

It is a nice apartment in general good condition and at a good price. It could do with a some of refurbishment in showers and washing machine and kitchen utensils.

It was good, need to understand it’s next to Hard Rock Resort but you can’t access the resort or beach area without a day pass..which may or may not be available depending on the resort capacity, we were able to get a day pass for one day, but if you want the amenities you should just stay at the resort.

No Electricity when we arrived
We got to the condo to find that there was no electricity in the unit. Waited around for a couple of hours and in constant communications with property manager but to no avail. Finally had to ask to be refunded the cost of the condo which was promptly issued.

Perfect place without breaking the bank
This place is amazing. Golf cart ride to the beach club where you enjoy shaded lounge chairs on beach and play in the waves all day. The view from room is amazing along with a massive pool. Host was responsive for every question.

Property manager was great communication wise. Pictures were not accurate to the place regarding the pool area. Hot water and wifi not working for duration of stay. It was a nice small condo, with access to ubers to travel area was easy.

Great place to spend your vacation!
The unit was very clean and well appointed. Walk out your patio to the inviting pool! Communication with Tatiana was excellent, she was quick to respond and tried he best to resolve any issues. As with many rental units not everything worked as it should or was in great shape, but overall nothing to complain about.

The Beach Club was like Paradise
The condo pool looking over the golf course was amazing. Very clean. Warm water. Peaceful. Having a golf cart was a lifesaver to be able to drive to the Beach Club because it is not in walking distance, neither is Hard Rock. We were not able to get passes to Hard Rock like we planned as they were too full. We had no transportation to get to restaurants or grocery stores so our options were very limited for meals. Security guards speak no English. The manager, Tatiana was very responsive and accommodated us the best she could. I would not rebook this condo if I chose to come back to DR.

Nice condo for family getaway
Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!

Great Communication, not the cleanest
First, Tatiana was the most helpful contact I’ve ever had when using VRBO. She was very quick to respond, helped us when we had questions, and made our whole trip more enjoyable. The condo was not as clean as we would have liked. Some dishes needed rewashed, we saw a few bugs, one of the comforters had stains. We had no internet the first 2 days, but Tatiana was very quick to address the issue and get it fixed. The positives- the security guards were helpful. The golf cart was nice to get around the grounds and over to the Beach Club- which was great. (Bring your own beach towels). We booked a couple excursions and they picked us up right near our condo which was very nice. The air conditioning worked great to cool off at night. The bathrooms were clean. The negatives- you have to leave the resort to go eat. We rented a car and found great places to eat, thanks to Tatiana. But, it would be difficult to eat out without a rental car. I wish there were more towels (beach and bath), more basic supplies like trash bags, paper towels, and dish washing supplies. Overall, we loved our first trip.

Disappointed
This property is located near the Hard Rock Casino. The location is right on the first hole of the golf course and the pools are enormous. Places to eat on the property are very limited unless you pay the additional all inclusive charge by Hard Rock. The nearest store is a $30 taxi ride away. There is no dryer in the unit so when we arrived, all the towels were hanging on the backs of the dining room chairs. No way of drying anything you might want to wash during your stay. The sheets were dirty when we arrived and there was no drinking water in the 5 gallon dispenser. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, in my life. The golf cart was a nice addition however, the brakes were non-existent and was a dangerous thing to drive. There was no hot water in the master bedroom and the coffee pot was broken. These are issues that need to be addressed by the owners.

Very nice time
Had a girls trip, spent 5 days and 4 nights at this beautiful condo located inside the hard rock resort. It’s not a part of the resort but it’s behind the gates of the resort. The pools were right outside the patio. The beach was also located a little further but with the golf cart it was easy to get to. We were able to go to the hard rock and take advantage of the day passes so we enjoyed that resort for one of the days we were there. The beds were super comfortable! The only complaint was the coffee maker didn’t work for us.

Amazing Getaway
The condo is perfect. Extremely safe and has all necessities to stay for a week in Punta Cana. It’s nice to have access to various beach clubs like Cana Bay & Hard Rock. Location is great to go to local beaches as well. Tatiana was extremely helpful and always available. Overall 10/10 experience! Thank you again!

Place to Be
This vacation spot is the place to be in Cancun. Its very luxurious, on a covient location, and the property manager communicates in a timely fashion. The private beach club was a plus. The infinity pool was outside the patio behind a golf course. This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I will be reserving this spot again.

Relaxing Family Vacation
It was our family's first trip to the Dominican Republic, and it could not have been nicer! Tatiana was a wonderful host, and the condo is exactly as advertised! (Note: As others have said, you definitely need the golf cart!)We saw lots of crowded resorts all along the stunning beach, but this beach club is so peaceful. My kids enjoyed the pool, the ocean, and some fun games of volleyball and ping pong! And every evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant right on the water! It's only 25 minutes from the airport, and we also took advantage of the Hard Rock resort next door to help us book an excursion to go zip lining and to visit Monkeyland. Both were enjoyed by our whole family! A great vacation! Gracias, Tatiana!

Property manager is amazing!!
We had an amazing trip. The golf cart was a huge plus, we took it everywhere. Everyone was so helpful, Titiana was hands down the best manager I have ever worked with it. We enjoyed the all inclusive passes at the hard rock, just know they aren’t a guarantee. The beach club was fantastic, great food and great drinks. There are infinite pools in your backyard. We will definitely be back.
