"This was the perfect place to stay in Bryson City. We’ve stayed in several areas here. We will stay again but might try to get the one next door with hot tub. Impressed with interior and all it had. We walked down to river and relaxed in floats and enjoyed the train going by and just walking around. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for just the 2 of us. "We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was great for us to be able to attend the outdoor drama “Unto These Hills”. The secluded environment and nearby creek made our stay relaxing. The cabin itself was comfortable and met all needs. We would recommend that a handle be added to the inside of the bathroom door, the pullout had some dog hair, and lastly it would be nice if the neighbors cleaned up their yard a bit. "Michael and his doggy were great hosts! They greeted us upon arrival and made us feel at home. The location is remote and very peaceful. Michael has done a great job with the space, including several items that give you the home away from home feel. The husband and I are definitely thinking of returning without the children(LOL) so that we can enjoy the sounds of nature on the porches. "

"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "The cabin was a nice size, fit the 4 of us well. The dogs were very happy too! Plenty of dishes cookware and full size stove/fridge. Enjoyed evenings at the fire pit. The hot tub was green not just because of the type of water (copper in it), when adjusting the jets brown murky water came out. The master bed sounded as if it was going to fall apart. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. All the activities we wanted to attend were close to the cabin making it easy to take day trips."

"I loved this place at first sight. Impeccably clean, had everything I needed (including matches, because “someone” forgot a lighter!). Bed was SUPER comfy. Back porch is divine. Easy walk down a trail to the river. I could have lived down there. Osprey and elk were seen, I’m told there are also foxes and other wild creatures. "

"We loved it here. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We did not have any trouble at all with the driveway. The fire pit was great, spent lots of hours around it.Cabin well stocked, we sat on the porch ate dinner. Casino was very close. We would definitely stay here again! We Really enjoyed our visit."
