"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. "Worst 5 star hotel ever. Dirty with hairs in the shower. Tv did not work. Wifi did not work. Nobody speaks english or tries to help even if you asked. Awful breakfast. Crazy noisy."

"The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written.
