Una Setmana fantastica en una casa especial de la toscana
Si tornem per a questa sona de la Toscana , tornariem a casa Leonardo, em estat mol be, mol ben atesos per en Jari, no ens a faltat de res, realment em pasat uns dies estupendos, em pogut visitar uns cuans poples i siutats de la toscana, tot a estat fantastic us o recomanem de tot cort . Si un dia en Jari i la seba familia pasan per Catalunya , aqui tenen uns amigs 👍👌✌

Un 10 para la casa y el anfitrión
La casa es tal y como se describe, está limpia y tiene todo lo necesario (¡y más!) para una estancia cómoda. Hemos estado muy a gusto. La ubicación también es perfecta porque no está en el centro, aunque sí cerca de él. Las vistas son maravillosas. Utilizando la casa Leonardo como "base" visitamos Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Vinci y los parques naturales de los alrededores. Jari, el anfitrión, es amabilísimo. El día de la llegada tuvimos un percance con la lavadora y vino en diez minutos. No se fue hasta que estuvo todo solucionado y luego se preocupó de saber si todo seguía en orden. Es cuando se presentan imprevistos cuando es posible evaluar la profesionalidad. Gracias Jari y Caterina por ayudarnos a tener tan buen recuerdo de nuestro viaje ;)

Charming little place
Very nice place. Excellent host. Great little village with good places to eat. I would not recommend Haam because service was awful. Wonderful man at the outdoor market has good meats and cheese. He gave us samples with wine!!

Casa Leornardo was a wonderful place to call home for a few days. Our host Jari was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. An easy drive to Florence and other surrounding towns. If you love gelato you must visit Dolci Tentazioni in the town Piazza Risorgimento!

Vacances culturelles en Toscane
Pied à terre agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement chaleureux, accueillants et nous ont aidés à résoudre 2 incidents fâcheux ( pas de GPS et amende autoroute injustifiée.) Nous avons visité Florence, Sienne, Lucca, Piensa,Pistoia, San Giminiano, Arrezo, Pise. Grande richesse patrimoniale de l’Italie, à visiter sans modération. Bon accueil en général des Italiens, très agréables avec les touristes .

It was the second time for 4 of us to spend a winter holiday in Casa Leonardo. The apartment was again big enough, comfotable, nicely furnished, clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom on the upper floor faces to a typical toscan landscape what we liked a lot. It is situated optimally, not far from Firenze, Pistoia, Prato and other little Toscan villages. Caterina and Jari are very kind, helpful, it was easy to communicate with them. We hopefully will return in the future.

Small town memories
We just returned from a 6 night stay at this property and had a wonderful experience in this lovely, small town of Quarrata. The property was as described and Jari and Caterina met us at the property a little earlier than check in. They were pleasant and helpful and offered their assistance at any time we needed. Fortunately, we did not have to bother them at all! Please be advised you absolutely need a car to get anywhere in the Tuscany region, as this property is to the north of Florence . We were able to visit Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Sienna and a beautiful beach town of Viareggio. Most were about an hour's drive away. There weren't too many wineries with tours nearby, but we did find one, on our last day, in Carmignano. What we loved most about our stay is that this is not a tourist town, and although we do not speak Italian, we met so many wonderful people who were willing to help us and made us feel very at home. Jari arranged a chef to cook for us the first night and the food was wonderful, with enough leftovers to eat the next night. Although the chef did not speak English, he gave us some restaurants to visit in the area. Jari also arranged for his neighbor, who is a licensed tour guide, to show us around Florence and we made a lifelong friend! We stayed here the last 6 nights of a 17 day trip to Italy and it was a perfect place to relax and unwind after all our previous touring.

Best place to stay in Tuscany
Jari was simply amazing. He was so helpful with giving us travel advise and making us feel completely welcome in Italy. The house was absolutely wonderful and was more than enough space for a small family. Super clean and modern while still giving you the Tuscany feel. I would surely stay there again and recommend this house to everyone.

The house was beautiful, with a nice view at the front and the back. Jari has been a very friendly host. Wifi coverage is 'okay' at the ground floor and there is no wifi upstairs, but who needs that in this beautiful environment? ;-) We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again!

Für einen Toskana Trip super geeignet
Wir waren bereits das zweite mal im Casa Leonardo. Es hat uns super gefallen. Quarrata ist ein schönes Wörtchen was nicht so Touristen überlaufen ist. Das Haus ist super schön und es fehlt an nichts. Man kann von hier aus viele Tagestouren unternehmen. Z.B. Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, an den Strand nach Viarregio. Keine Probleme mit dem Vermieter... alles läuft reibungslos

Very Nice Home Away from Home!
We found the home exactly as described and was very clean and inviting. The space was perfect for two couples. Jari is very accessible, corresponds well and pleasant to work with. We appreciated the air conditioning in the master bedroom as the weather was extremely hot. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. With the window open, the second bedroom offered a fan for cross ventilation. The washer and dryer came in handy as our luggage did not arrive with us. The kitchen was furnished with a "moka" for coffee in the morning, as well as utensils, dishes, dishwasher, etc. I can highly recommend staying in Jari e Catalina' vacation home and would contact them again if ever in the area.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison, à la fois typique de la Toscane et confortable et moderne à l'intérieur. La location est idéale pour visiter les sites comme Florence, Pise, Cinque Terre, vallée du Chianti et autres villages incontournables de la région. Le service de nos hôtes a dépassé nos attentes, en plus de nous attendre tard le jour de notre arrivée, on a eu droit à une bouteille d'huile d'olives maison et des recommandations sur les services autour. La maison ne manquait de rien et elle est située au coeur des champs d'oliviers et de vignes; c'est pourquoi un GPS est essentiel pour s'y retrouver.

My husband and I've spent a little over a week in Quarrata at the Venturi's beautiful "Leonardo house". We couldn't believe the fantastic views, both from the bedroom facing West (?) Or from the back yard East (?). We loved the cozy kitchen and French doors to the garden. The wine cellar was a fun place to sip wine and cool down. The central location is wonderful for day trips to do many Tuscan towns; Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna and winery in the hill towns. What a blast. We'd stay again in a heartbeat

Small house in Quarrata
We stayed here for a week in early May 2019. The hosts are delightful. They live nearby and were extraordinarily prompt in answering any questions and providing assistance. The house is one of several attached houses in a row. The neighbor is friendly, too. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very nice feature. It is really clean and comfortable. It has good furnishings and a complete kitchen. We ate “in” for all breakfast and most dinners. It is convenient for day trips around the Tuscany region and quite close to Florence. The pictures and descriptions on the website are accurate and the outside views are stunning. The hosts speak adequate English, and since we don’t speak Italian we both used Google Translate with good success. We recommend this place very highly.

Unforgottable winter vacation in the heart of Toscana
The flat is located in an ideal place to explore Firenze, Pistoia, Prato and is not far from Vinci, Lucca. But if you just look out of the window you can see a breathtaking Tuscanian landscape with olive trees, beautiful hills etc. It is in a quiet area, close to Quarrata, a little town you can have a dinner or just a coffee. The house is as nice as you can see in the pictures (The TV is a new one now). The flat was absolutely clean. It was enough space for all 4 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. The heating was perfect. The hot water supply was permanent, perfect. The internet sometimes was a bit slow, the wifi did not work on the upper level. The hosts were super kind, they helped us a lot. We have got a little bottle of olive oil as a present, it was delicious, thank you for it Jari and Caterina again. We maximally suggest it to anyone, we are planning to return in summer as well.

Das Ferienhaus "Leonardo" ist toll, durchdacht konzipiert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt wird, genügend Platz, sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Caterina und Jari sind sehr aufmerksam und besorgt um ihre Gäste, kümmern sich und fragen nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden uns gern an unseren Urlaub in der Toskana erinnern.

Theres is only one word to describe our 8 days stay at Casa Leonardo: Perfect. The house is impecable, clean, cosy , and provides enough space for 4 persons. (we are couple with 2 children). The garden offers a breathtaking view over the Toscana. Jari is a perfect host, gives you full briefing about al the amenities of the house, provides recomendations for nice places to eat and is always pending for every need you might have. Jari is littaraly 5 minutes away. Not forget the location of Quarrata, within 90 minutes drivem you can visit the most importante attractions of the Toscana. Highly recomendable.

Beautiful property in stunning surroundings
We experienced a very warm welcome from Jari on our arrival.We were held up in traffic and didn't arrive until 8pm but this did not seem an issue. The property is beautifully laid out and equipped and we very quickly settled in. Our stay was for 5 night in early July with rge tenperatures in the 30's the air conditioning was very welcome and the cellar dining area was well used as it was cool but still felt as we were dining al fresco with the doors open. Jari was always very quick to reply to any emails we sent with queries. We as a family would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect location for touring the regions surrounding Florence. Easy drive to Florence airport
Our hosts went over and beyond being helpful and gracious. We had a door lock problem which they immediately fixed. Also we had a traffic situation because of a festival in town where we couldn't get back to the house our normal route. Our host immediately drove over and met us and led us home. The house is decorated to a high standard. A lovely garden in the back and a quaint cellar for enjoying wine. The beds were comfortable, everything you require is in the kitchen. I would not hesitate to book this lovely home. It is close enough to explore Florence, Bologna area, Pisa and more! I will definately book again if I find myself in the area again.
