"This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. "Great location, wonderful property. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed for preparing a big family breakfast, and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the back deck overlooking the yard. Loved having cornhole there too! Great layout where the bedrooms are all in their own areas, offering privacy even with a larger group. Very cool setup. Would definitely book again."

"It is an adorable little basement studio. The owner Shellie is amazing and very responsive. The view is outstanding from both windows and the doors. I will definitely stay again as I have work in that area quite often."

"The property was functional and mostly clean. The grill was not clean and the heating filters need to be replaced, but the place was well equipped and worked well as a base for our day trips. It lacks a lot of personal touches and small conveniences (e.g., no facial tissues, one half roll of paper towels, towels and linens were stained); comes off as a rental property, not someone's home, but that is how it is used and it works."

"Pictures and description make it sound like there is a lake view (There isn’t any) it should be added to listing that there is no lake access from property."

"The property was a great secluded spot in the woods. Close proximity to Lake Davis and hiking trails."

"This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. "

"Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it."

"We had a big family gathering and this house was great. Lots of space for sleeping and the deck was amazing. Only a few blocks from the beach and the hosts made sure we knew activities going on in the community. We felt very welcome and it was so peaceful and beautiful. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again! "
