"Very nice property. A bit tight, furniture wise, but comfortable. We appreciated them allowing us to use the fireplace, before their season started. (We were there Nov.1st). "We had a great time getting away and having a secluded, private and peaceful place to stay. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. Accessing the property was easy peasy and the property manager was super quick to respond to any questions. Very relaxing, exactly what we needed! "Babbling Brook is an awesome house!! It has all the amenities you could ever want. It was beautiful, comfy, spacious and we loved & enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We especially loved evenings on the deck with the gas fire pit. Our host made everything very easy with how to videos & instructions. She was also extremely attentive and quickly responded to questions. I give Babbling Brook my highest recommendation and would definitely stay there again!!"

"The cushions weren’t out so we had to carry all of them from garage to the outside. The toilet didn’t flush and I had to fix it. The garage wasn’t working properly and you had to put it down by hand. Overall the house was nice and clean. "

"We needed a break from the 2024 election craziness and headed towards the foothills. Langley Cottage was perfect. Sitting on the porch, taking in the Fall foliage with a glass of wine was very relaxing. The Host, Barb was wonderful! She offered a fire log for the fireplace so the ambiance was a nice touch."
