"For age of home it was in good shape. Quiet neighborhood. Home was pretty clean, master bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned there was a white powder substance, on the floor and lots of spider webs in master bedroom windows. Don’t know how those got missed but other than that I found it to be pretty clean. I used to clean VRBOS so I’m pretty picky. The only thing I didn’t like was the nest heating/air thermostat. I have been in many VRBO's and I have never seen so much glass ware. There is plemty of plates and silverware. There were alot of lids but only a few pots, I think some were missing. The place is set up where each 4 beds get one bathroom with an extra full bath upstairs. My only complaint or to be correct my wifes only complaint was the single Queen...

"Even though we are not golfers, we loved the unique little areas of Pinehurst. Weymouth Woods Preserve was a great place for a nature walk. Southern Prime Steakhouse was a perfect spot for an amazing meal for our anniversary. The house is a great little getaway for two The kitchen has enough of cooking gear to let us enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Relaxing area helped us recharge for the up coming Christmas holiday with all our families. "

"This place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Hope Mills and it looks unassuming but it is such a perfect house for a weekend getaway. Had all the amenities (including a smart tv) and was fully stocked for my needs. The host was beyond helpful and checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything during my stay.
