"This property location is Everything. Not only could we comb the beach, we could soak in sunsets as well. Conveniently located a few minutes north of Cambria and a few minutes south of Hearst Castle. We had fantastic communication with our host and had all questions answered immediately. "This community is insanely strict. Fortunately we were able to follow all the rules without too much trouble. Although we literally had to leave an EMPTY SPACE in our driveway and park one of our car MILES AWAY in overflow. We got threatened at least 6 times. You'll be fined $400 for this or $150 for that. One of our group has a handicapped placard, so we pulled up close to the doc next to where the locals had their trucks, just to drop her off and we got scared off with a threat of a fine. The...
