"Sehr schön gelegene, ruhige Wohnung mit viel Platz für eine Familie, komfortabel dank zweier Bäder. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge mit den Villen. Für das Auto gibt es einen eigenen Stellplatz. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, auch nach Rapallo und nach S. Margherita kann man gut laufen. "Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

"First of all, Francesca our contact was very nice and helpful. However, there were issues in the property when we arrived. The shower did not work and no shower curtain! The microwave did not work and when we arrived at the property the WIFI was not working either. The next day Francesaca sent a manager over to fix the shower head and the WIFI, but we never were abe to use the kitchen because the microwave did not work and the gas stove was there but the lighter they left there did not work...

"Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Matrazen waren gut. Der Balkon sehr schön mit gutem Ausbblick und der Pool super. Die Ausstattung italienisch und auf das Notwendige beschränkt. Der Kühlschrank müsste mal ausgetauscht werden.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen."

Unfortunately in Expedia they don’t mention the real deal of things so here it goes I went with my partner and we noticed a very strong smell of mold we had to open the windows there was no air conditioning so as you can see it gets very hot there so we had to buy a new fan we couldn’t stay with the windows closed the smell was very strong. "Großartige Lage, schöner typischer Ort. Alles wichtige vor Ort, Lebensmittelladen, 2 Restaurants..., wenige Auto Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr schöne, authentische Einrichtung . Fantastischer Ausblick von großer, teilweise überdachter Terrasse! Vermieter außerordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!"
