"What’s gem. Absolutely adorable “bunkhouse”. Came equipped with everything we needed. Clean comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We watched a storm roll in as we sat in the dry and airy space. The paddle boards were so much fun. We carried them across the road to access the lake. Dennis&Sheila are friendly helpful hosts. I highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay in the 2 bedroom unit. great set up and was super clean. Loved the proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. Only issue was the front door lock, noticed a lot of the other people were leaving the lock open. Would stay here again "

"The views from this house are amazing. It is literally steps away from the beach. We had a family gathering with all ages and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony as we were there during the 4th. It is close enough to walk to the pier area for the arcade/rides and restaurants. We loved our time in this home and hope to return again!"

"The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. "We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"We came to Maine from Ohio for our first time. We had a great stay. This condo is about 3 miles from Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and everything was new. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owners were there in 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again! "
