"It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. "Everything about this studio is spacious and in a great location. Less than a 5 minute drive to the ferry which is great if you are trying to explore St. John’s as well. It’s about 4 mins to all the bars and restaurants which makes life very easy after a long day at the beach. They also let me check in early because no one stayed the night before which made our lives a lot easier when we got there. Thanks for a great week! "

"We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo! The space is incredibly roomy, with two full bathrooms, a separate bedroom, and two large TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The dining area is also spacious, and we enjoyed our meals while taking in the stunning beach view—it was truly beautiful. "The Villa and view exceeded every expectation. Absolutely fantastic vacation. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults, especially in the evening. Nearby grocery stores were convenient. We made most of our meals at the Villa and the kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation!"

"This property has a stunning view of Red Hook and Vessup Bay, St John and other islands. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen has some dishes and cookware and a cooler that was very handy to take to the beach. You need a car with four wheel drive to get up the road to the property (road is steep and narrow). Close to the car ferry, and grocery stores, which is very convenient. We had a great time. "

"Paradise for the two of us was absolutely perfect! The owners took great care to update the property to feel like absolute luxury! Fully stocked beautiful kitchen and high-top table were great. The absolute best spot is the outdoor patio area! We ate all of our meals out there. You can see the pool and right past it to the shimmering ocean. Amazing view! Patti provided tons of information and was a wonderful caring host. It shows how much she loves the place! Walk right out the patio to the left...
