"The apartment was lovely, spacious, lots of equipment, enormous bathroom. However we stayed on a thur and the night club next-door started up about 11.00pm and went on till 4am. The windows closed cut some noise down but it spoilt what would have been a lovely stay. The manager was very apologetic but in uni term time its thur to Sunday night club music. "

"Booked literally a day before we arrived.....very quick communication with hosts. Easy check in, caravan was immaculate. 6 of us in the caravan and it still felt really spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and really close to all the activities on the Haven site. Will definitely use again in the future."

"The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

"A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."

"A very nice holiday park, good size and good location for access to the beach, with Tesco express just up the road and only a short drive to Asda. It was quite hot over the weekend we stayed and the bedrooms did get hot, a fan would have been useful with young children as having the windows open was too noisy at that time. The lodge was clean, nicely presented and we would definitely look to stay again."

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden.
