"You can’t add people after you book without getting charged more. So overestimate your guests when booking if they aren’t definite. One bed was too hard to sleep on. I would still book again. Clean, fluffy towels, enough toilet paper, well stocked kitchen, pool table, swimming pool, simple check in and out. No long to do list when checking out. Fit our big family well! Everyone got their own room. Looking forward to going back and staying there again."

"The property was lovely. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Beds comfortable. Cool games in the garage if you had a bit of time to hang out. We prepared several simple meals. The location was ideal for our wedding venue and family gatherings that were planned in the area. Grocery stores convenient to the duplex including Sprouts and Trader Joe's. The host was accessible and helpful. A good time was had by all."

"I was very frustrated with the lack of communication regarding check in. Once we connected, everything went smoothly. Yard could use some work. You can tell it is a work in progress but the weeds could've been whacked down. House itself was great. Loved the shower. Lots of space. BF and son both complained that the mattress was too soft but it was fine for me. We were there for an event. If you need to be in Redlands, I thought it was a perfect location. Price was reasonable for what it was."

"The house was exactly how it was described! unfortunately though there were some equipment unavailable but everything worked out fine! My family and friends loved the modern look of the house and it’s sound proof walls! Overall a great house and would book again!"
