"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"Llegamos y oh! sorpresa el elevador no funciona. Somos adultos mayores y ellos lo sabían, ademas de que nuestro cuarto era en el ultimo piso para tener el balcón y la vista. No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino. Ahi tuvimos que empezar a buscar un hotel para quedarnos, cero interés en tratar de ayudar o al menos hacer alguna recomendación de donde podríamos ir. Nos sentimos perdidos y asustados. "We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. "

"We loved the location, amenities, and layout of the home. Cookware and appliances were excellent and beds were comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful. "Took a trip to St. Simon's with our grown children, their spouses and friends. This house was perfect for our large group. Between the main house and the guest house we had more than enough sleeping space. The common area was large and beautifully decorated, kitchen fully equipped, pool refreshing, and electronics easy to operate. Location was great to explore the island and management company helpful. Great stay and would definitely recommend booking this property."

"It was my birthday celebration, and we had hired a chef to come in to cook for us.
