I had a lovely stay here with my husband and our friends, the property is lovely and so well equipped, the views are stunning, and Nicola and Andrea were always responsive to any queries we had. Overall we had an amazing few days here, we would come back in a heartbeat

We had a lovely weeks stay in the villa. It is well equipped in a beautiful location with wonderful views in every direction. There was plenty of room for all of us, 8 adults and 2 children ranging from age 2 to 79. We all enjoyed the pool when it was sunny and being fenced off gave us peace of mind so we could all relax. The table tennis table was greatly appreciated as was the table football hours of fun and competition for everyone. The 2 grandparents had a days tour of Chianti with Lorenzo which they highly recommend, he was very knowledgeable and good company. Unfortunately the top rack of the dishwasher broke the day after we arrived but after contacting Andrea this was quickly replaced with a brand new machine by the owners who were charming. We were very impressed. We also had a thunderstorm which tripped the electricity and once again Andrea came speedily to our rescue when we failed to get it working again. We would all love to return.

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war großartig mir phantastischen Ausblick. Eigentümer und Verwalter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein großer Obstkorb und eine kleine Grundausstattung an Nahrungsmitteln für den ersten Abend. Kann man ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Cásale degli Ulivi is Wonderful

What an amazing 2 weeks in Cásale degli Ulivi! We had 11 family members staying, ranging in ages from 3 to 69 and we had plenty of space. The pool was fabulous and it is gated.The yard has plenty of space for children to play and is fenced in. We had 3 meals prepared by chefs and we even grilled our own Florentine steaks one night! Did I mention air conditioning in every room with plenty of patio space to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! The owner, Nicola was so nice and the concierge, Andrea was invaluable in helping us with local spots to visit. This property is a hidden treasure, I highly recommend you consider for a fantastic Tuscan experience!

WOW

This was an amazing place! Absolutely phenomenal. My family and I stayed here for the last portion of our Italy trip and we are so happy we did. Great way to end the trip. The house was clean and there was SO much space. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, so that was a bummer but whoever stays in the warmer months will be in luck. My family loved playing ping pong and the amount of bathrooms was so nice. The property was big and inviting with a very friendly owner. 5 stars. Couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful property

We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Freunden vor Ort und haben einen tollen Urlaub genossen. Es bietet genügend Platz und Bäder für so viele Menschen. Die Außenanlagen ist ein Traum. Sehr gepflegter Zustand und eine tolle Sonnenterrasse. Der Pool wurde in den 7 Tagen einmal gereinigt und war super gepflegt. Der Kontakt zu Andrea war sehr einfach und man erhielt schnelle Antworten. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, deshalb aber schön ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist knapp 20 min entfernt und lasst keine Wünsche offen. Nun zwei kleine negative Punkte: Die Länge der Betten ist mit 180cm nicht ausreichend für uns gewesen. Am Pool ist wohl ein Bienennest, weshalb leider sehr viele Bienen in dem Bereich waren.

Our stay

We loved staying at the villa. It was better than advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked. We had people of all ages from 2-77, and everyone was happy. My favorite place was sitting on the outside patio and enjoying the scenery. We took many day trips and always looked forward to coming home. The only negative was that it was pretty far from the grocery store, and we needed a lot of groceries. But we did want to be out in the countryside.

Beautiful villa in a great location

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa with great views over the Tuscan countryside. We were a large family & the villa was spacious enough for us all to relax & enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The villa was very well equipped and clean and Andrea made the checking in and out process really easy whilst the owner Nicola ensured the booking process was smooth & straightforward. Highly Recommend

This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). As long as you keep the windows closed, you’ll be fine. Our house manager, Andrea, was so helpful!!! He was super easy to reach out to, very responsive, and helped secure reservations for us at local restaurants. If we ever venture to that part of Italy again, we will absolutely stay there again.

Magnifique grande villa, très beau jardin

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cette énorme villa (prévue pour 10-12 adultes et 2 bébés). Les chambres et les 4 salles de bains sont bien grandes. Au rez, il y a en plus un WC. Les lits sont grands et confortables et il y a beaucoup de places pour le rangement. Il y a deux petits salons, une salle à manger et une grande cuisine bien équipée. Il y a partout la climatisation. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et le jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié les lits déjà faits et le fait de ne pas devoir apporter les linges de bains et ceux pour la piscine. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé. La terrasse est très belle. Il y a un joli hamac, plusieurs petits espaces pour s'asseoir mais nous avons préféré celui sous la pergola. Quels magnifiques couchers de soleil on a pu voir et photographier. La piscine est bien entretenue. Elle n'est pas très profonde mais raffraîchit bien !! Nous avons fait quelques grillades sur le barbecue à charbon. Nicola nous a conseillé un chef toscan qui se déplace à domicile ! Les repas de Lorenzo étaient copieux et délicieux. Le restaurant qui vient à la maison, c'est vraiment top !!! Et en plus, nous avions des restes pour le lendemain. Les gelaterie Il Muretto de Reggello ou Caffetteria Turismo à Castelfranco di Sopra offrent un bon choix de glaces à manger sur place ou à emporter dans des gros bacs pour la dégustation à la maison. La route d'accès depuis Canova est très étroite et non goudronnées mais peu fréquentée. On s'y habitue.

Tuscan Dream

Our family of five stayed in this beautiful villa for a week. It was the trip of a lifetime for us and this home made it so memorable. The villa is spacious and lovely, but the setting is remarkable. We will never forget those views, the pool, the amazing Tuscan light. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Owner and property manager were very friendly and easy to deal with. Home is clean and very spacious. Some basic groceries and wine were provided for us on arrival (so nice after traveling so far). Easy to go into Florence via train.

Feel like a movie star with sweeping views!

Wonderfully appointed and perfect for a large family or group with tons of space. Kitchen is so much better than the photos show, ample space with everything needed, including a big fridge and gas stove. Outdoor space abounds, perfect for alfresco dining with sweeping views of vineyards and olive groves. Relaxing and private but not remote: easy access to all Chianti offers. Attentive and kind property management, special thanks to Nicola who helped us when we needed to adjust. The perfect house to explore Tuscany from.

Tranquility at its finest

Best place to stay, period!!!

Best stay of our trip through Italy. We traveled from Como to Sorento, and enjoyed our stay in Tuscany most. Highly recommend this location with other services available, which turned out to be worth while as well.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit vier erwachsenen Kindern und einem grossen Hund die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Grosses geräumiges Haus mit klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, große gut eingerichtete Küche, gepflegtes Grundstück, wunderschöner Pool.Nur zu empfehlen!

Helt fantastisk sted

Det var en kæmpe oplevelse at bo der i 14 dage. Alt fungerede perfekt og faciliteterne overskred langt vores forventninger - -og det på trods af en forholdsvis høj pris. Men det var det hele værd. Vi slappede af ved den dejlige pool, hvor der var gode opholdsmuligheder både i sol og skygge i dejlige møbler. Poolen var indhegnet med en aflåselig låge, så de mindste ikke kunne komme ind uden opsyn. Den dejlige terrasse var i skygge indtil eftermiddag og derfra var der det mest vidunderlige vue over vinmarker, olivenlund, små byer, dale og bjerge i det fjerne med den mest vidunderlige solnedgang. Bordtennis og bordfodbold er er også - og i god kvalitet. Der var også barnesenge, høje stole til de små samt en klapvogn. Indendørs var der virkeligt hyggeligt med mange siddepladser i flere rum, incl en TV stue med et kæmpe nyt Smart TV. Køkkenet var stort og der var alle de maskiner, men kunne ønske sig - en ismaskine, kæmpe kølefryseskab, flere kaffemaskiner, brødrister, stort gaskomfur osv, osv. Værten havde også sørget for at der var sukker, kaffe, mælk, vand, vin, køkkenrulle, og toiletpapir til de første dage (mange forretninger er lukkede om søndagen). I et separat rum var der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler samt strygebræt og strygejern. De mange soveværelser var alle med støjsvag A/C og alle senge var faste, store og behagelige. Der blev skiftet håndklæder efter den første uge, samt gjort rent i den øverste etage. Dejlige badeværelser til hvert soveværelse og der manglede heller ikke hverken sæbe, shampoo eller hårtørrer. Værten og hans assistent var begge til at få fat i hvis der var spørgsmål og de var yderst hjælpsomme og behagelige. Huset fremtræder meget flot og velkoldt og alle skodder og termovinduer var i ædeltræ og fungerede perfekt. Der var myggenet alle steder.

Wir hatten wundervoll erholsame Tage - das Haus ist riesig und bietet immer die Möglichkeit sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen, entspannt zu chillen oder zusammen. zu spielen. Immer wieder!

Super hus i fantastiske omgivelser.

Et yderst velfungerende hus, hvor alting fungerede godt. Dejligt stort køkken med masser af udstyr. Gode senge og badeværelser. Poolen var dejlig stor og blev flittigt brugt af alle. Bordfodbold og bordtennis ligeså. De smukke omgivelser kunne man nyde fra flere steder omkring huset. Vores familie bestod af 6 voksne og 4 børn i alderen 8 - 12 år. Vi har været på ferie sammen i mange år. Dette er til dato det mest velfungerende hus, vi har lejet.

Amazing!!

We had the best time at Nicola’s property. The house is quintessential Tuscan in every aspect. The location is stunning is a 360 view that gives you mountains, vineyards and olive groves. The house is incredibly large with well proportioned bedrooms and bathrooms, and air conditioning. The kitchen is sizable too and has all the cooking utensils one would need. The pool is perfectly located and perfect depth so you can just cruise in it. Claudio and Nicola is we’re perfect hosts who tended to all our needs. I couldn’t recommend This house enough.
