"This quaint and very comfortable Lakeside House is a fabulous retreat! The house is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with the essentials. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. The view is stunning and ever changing with interesting wildlife. We particularly enjoyed using the Kayak(s) and the firepit. The shed had plenty of supplies for aquatic activities and grilling. "It was a quaint experience staying in this small, yet comfortable cottage house. The house is well kept and the furnishings, including the beds, are very relaxing for a good nights rest. It also has a beautiful view of Silver Lake from the living room, which is wonderful to wake up to in the morning. It’s a little too close to other waterfront properties to my liking, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while...

"Although the host was right next door we did feel we had our privacy. The cabin had many personal family photos which made us feel a little like we were invading their space. So as constructive criticism perhaps a little less personal items would make future renters feel more at home. All in all the hiking was fun and the property provided a restful and relaxing time. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating."
