"Very nice hotel! It’s in a beautiful area and convenient as well. 15 min to Niagara on the lake to the north and 10 min to the falls south. We stayed in a suit which was very pretty, bathroom was large, had an espresso machine, fridge with wine, beer and sparkling water for a fee. We also enjoyed the lounge, food was delicious! Outdoor patio is very nice as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend "

"We spent the August long weekend at this hotel. This is our forth stay at the Charles Inn in the last two years and will we will definitely come back again. We usually stay in the Premium rooms, which are more expensive than the Deluxe and Petite Rooms. As it goes, you get what you pay for. "Second time staying at this inn. Love the location and the convenience it offers being right in town. Great food and drink. "

"Friendly and efficient check in at the hotel. Great location. Zoom Bikes left our rental bikes at the hotel for when we arrived. Cute balcony with a table and two chairs. The bathroom could be updated. Otherwise a lovely stay. We would stay here again."
