We really enjoyed our two weeks in June here. The house was clean, everything worked, and the pool was great. Our only complaint is that there was only one parking pass when we arrived (we were told there would be 2). I contacted Vacasa via email and message and they never responded to me. We had to pay $15 a day for a city parking pass. When we got home, I got a phone call from Vacasa asking if we took the second parking pass. I told them we only had one and I reached out to them via email about it when we first arrived. They confirmed and apologized that yes they did receive our messages but did not respond. They told me they would reimburse me for the $15 a day x 14 days and no one ever followed up with me about it.
Also when we arrived, the dirty towels and linens from the previous renters were sitting on our front porch. The dirty towels and linens were in two gigantic blue bags and they sat there for a week. It was inconvenient and should have been picked up before we arrived.
So in short, the Vacasa management company was disappointing but the house was great. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids in our family. We liked the two laundry machines on each floor and the family room was cozy. We would stay here again if the management company stepped it up.
