Great Stay as always
Wonderful property and very attentive and responsive owner, not that we needed to contact them with any issues. The location is perfect. About 10 min walk to the beach and easy access to Route 1. The property is beautiful both inside and out.

Great relaxing family vacation
Optimal location, 10 mins walk to the calm side of Rehoboth beach, 20 mins walk to downtown, we did not use the car for 1 week, breakfast and dinners in the shaded patio, gorgeous neighborhood. Perfect.

Great Location and Property
We had a great time at this property. The location is quiet and peaceful but just a short and easy distance to all the happenings of the boardwalk and surroundings. The morning walk around the lake is serene and the walk to poodle beach is short and easy. We stayed in the lower apartment #1 and it is clean and beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the screened in portion of the deck which is adorable and comfy. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals. As a coffee snob I was especially grateful for the Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, rather than a keurig. This was a 5-star experience.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable
And this stay was the best decorated cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The artwork and comfortable furniture and upscale finishes everywhere made it feel like a luxurious vacation. The owner was very good at communication and one little issue we had. She went out of her way to resolve for us. The only less than five detail is that the street is very busy for a not major, residential area. You have to be very careful backing out of the driveway or crossing the street. Overall, it was a perfect set up for two adult couples (or a family!) to share. I’d love to return on my next time trip to the beach.

Rehoboth Summer Get-A-Way
My friends, partner, and I have been using VRBO for our annual Rehoboth summer trip for 6 years. This property was not only the closest to the beach but was also the nicest property we've found. The home was beautifully decorated and contained a spacious screened in porch, which we utilized a lot during our trip. The kitchen was large with up to date appliances. We would highly recommend securing this property for your next trip to Rehoboth.

Wonderful Peaceful Location
The property was well-appointed but slightly dark both in decor and in actual light to our taste. The downstairs bedroom was nicely furnished but somehow made all of us a bit uncomfortable—still felt like the basement somehow. The screened porch and kitchen/dining area as well as the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms were great.

Our 3rd pleasant stay
The floor plan, beds, baths, kitchen, and porch are all great. We like this location--out of the fray but close enough for comfort. Well-stocked kitchen, love the ice maker. We practically lived on the large comfy screened porch. As it was late in the season, the back deck and rear landscaping not as pristine as in past years. We were allowed to check out the independent upstairs apartment and think that renting both would be great for a larger family.

The property is exactly as pictured and advertised..great location for all of our activities ..we couldn't walk to beach as too much to carry so we drove (with parking pass) and parked steps from beach to make the trip more enjoyable for all..we ended up doing same for boardwalk..

Perfect for a girl’s getaway.
My friend and I stayed at this property and had the best time. It looks exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Susan was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had. The interior of the rental is beautiful and not far at all from the beach. We used bikes to get to and from the beach each day which made it a quick and easy ride. The screened in porch was a perfect place to unwind after a sun filled day. Even though we only had two of us, it would have been comfortable even for four. The floor plan is well spread out so you feel like you have your own space. Thanks for a great weekend away!

Perfection
Pictures do not do justice to this lovely home. Bedrooms are on different levels which allowed for privacy and comfort. Screened in porch was private and comfortable. Very nice decor and appliances. (FYI - bring your own sheets and towels as the host does not provide these.)

Lovely!
This house has all the best parts of a beach house. A great screened in porch, a clean outdoor shower, and updated bathrooms. We had a great time. While you can hear the upstairs unit, it was a small price to pay for all the other great parts of the house.

A lovely fall weekend in Rehoboth
We had a very nice stay at Susan's place. The place was in great shape and very clean and well appointed. We particularly liked being within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed spending time on the expansive screened-in porch . Susan was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice House for a Long Weekend
We enjoyed our stay at the house for a long weekend. It was very comfortable and our favorite part was hanging out on the back screened in patio. The only draw back was the musty smell and having to bring our own sheets and towels, it was just an inconvenience. There is a dehumidifier in the basement but still very musty smelling.

This was our second visit and were just as pleased as the first time. All the conveniences desired for a beach location, crystal clean, a beautifully appointed home (no kitch beach here). Great place if you don't mind a bit of mustiness!
This property is in a perfect location-- close to the beach but far enough away from the crowds. It is beautifully designed and feels a bit luxurious for a beach house. My favorite spot was definitely the screened-in porch. The only downside was the smell, which seemed to emanate from the basement. Not overwhelming, just slightly mildew-y. After a few minutes, it didn't bother me, but whenever coming back from the beach, we noticed it. Maybe not the best place for someone with allergies or who is sensitive to that kind of thing. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely consider renting again.

Great house; well maintained and appointed and located, responsive host!
We won't forget the "Forgotten Mile" after this visit! Nestled between Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches on the oceanside of Route 1, the location of this rental was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was great (Ioved the icemaker!), all other rooms and furnishings were great, hostess Susan responded quickly to questions and requests.
