This house is amazing in so many ways.
It’s decorated very nicely and contains 7 bedrooms and 8½ baths (a private bath for every bedroom!) The house is very roomy so guests can spread out comfortably. We all enjoyed the pool. The house’s location is fabulous as a quick stroll brings you to the town with so many great restaurants, shops, boardwalk, beach and arcades. Also close by is a playground, tennis & bb/pickleball courts. Parking is easy with three spots on the premises and plenty of off-street parking right in front.
While we didn’t need any assistance, we were in touch with Edward who was very responsive and helpful.
The house’s unique layout includes a front section with 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 king, 2 queens and one room with a single pull-out couch and bunk beds (top single and bottom full size). This section is separated by a breezeway with comfortable seating and a view of the pool. The back section of the house contains the master king suite on the 1st floor and 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We rented linens & towels.
The kitchen is modern and spacious with plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, pots & pans, etc. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee percolator, Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender & mixer. The table seats 12 comfortably. Besides the main fridge, there are 2 wine fridges plus an ice machine. We enjoyed meals cooked on the grill. Grill tools were provided.
We can’t wait to return next summer!
