"Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"My friends (all from out of state) and I stayed here for their first experience for NY fall. It was a fantastic stay and my friends and I had a great time. Plenty of space, amazing views and the house is located within driving distance of many places within the Adirondacks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for those interested in a calm and peaceful NY getaway. "

"Aug 22-25, 2024. Very lovely cabin, immaculate, fresh beddings. Excellent Wi-Fi. We truly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the overall property. Very quiet area. Lots of wildlife. About 15 minutes south of Old Forge. Our host Karen was outstanding. We gave this a 5-star rating, and well deserved. Thank you!"

"We had 12 full sized adults in our party. The Black Creek cabin had a nice communal area, but inadequate bedding for our adults. With only one bedroom on the first floor, and one adult who couldn’t use stairs, she had to have the one bedroom with a king bed. That left one couple for the second bedroom with a king bed. "The West Canada cabin was outstanding. Beautiful location with a great view of the lake right from the windows/decks. All of the conforts of home within the cabin, beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed, had plenty of towels and having the washer/dryer was definitely quite helpful. Emily and the Kuyahoora staff were excellent in accomodating our needs with a late arrival and communicating with us. Highly recommend this resort and the cabin for any group of 6 to 8 people. "

"Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!"

"We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again. "

"This property met all of our expectations. It was very large, spacious, clean, welcoming and comfortable. "This gorgeously restored home has many thoughtful amenities. It is on such a peaceful piece of land with a great porch for relaxing and playing games. The beds are super comfortable, even the fold out couch! Communication was great and we never had to search for anything, everything was laid out perfectly. I definitely recommend!"

"Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Great grocery store a very short drive from the house. House was stocked with everything you would need. Washer and dryer was super handy too. Relaxing and comfortable. We had an excellent stay! Would definitely return."
