"Entire property was overall very tidy and cozy. Had to provide my own sheets and towels, which was no big deal. Loved the motion light switch in the bathroom. This place is PERFECT for a couple that simply needs a place to sleep and shower. There's a small mini fridge, microwave, and 2 stove eyes for some simple meals if needed. Really cool private outdoor shower! "

"The house was perfect for our needs and well appointed. Loved the huge tvs, coffee bar, and comfy beds!The back yard was beautiful; I hate we didn’t have the time to enjoy it more. The location is so convenient to everything. "

"The rooms provided everything we needed. The kitchen met all our needs. One of the stove burners would not light so I let host know and she would have sent someone to fix but we were ok at that point. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed riding bike at the Greenfield lake located directly behind property. Visited historic area, river walk, near by beaches, Battleship NC and a morning golfing. Wilmington has plenty to offer! "
