"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"Coming back from a beutifull 15 days at Villa Soleil. I can not say enough praise for all the team at the villa that made our holiday worthwhile. Everything was spot on and the made us truly feel at home. Communication with Wolfgang as the owner was also great, nothing was too much a problem and arranged also a fantastic safari stay. "We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. "Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa African Dream im Marula Park war fantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das gilt auch für die gesamte Anlage. Nur die hohe Temperatur des Pools ist etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig. Mit den kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und zum Strand ist die Lage nahezu ideal. "The villa it self was nice overall..the listing says 4 bedrooms but in all reality it was only two bedrooms and a loft with two beds upstairs in the loft.. The bedding was very damp almost like they were in a rush to put the bedding back on the beds after washing it... "We had a wonderful time! The cottage is close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and a short Tuk Tuk ride to some great local restaurants and an ample supermarket! It was everything I anticipated! The bed was super comfy, and nice to have air conditioning overnight! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pans etc. Everyone on the little compound were so helpful, and offered additional support, advice and recommendations! I look forward to returning!
