Nice and Relaxing place to stay
This villa was perfect for our family of 5. The main level has a nice kitchen, living and dining room with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for my adult children to stay and to cook meals. The 2nd floor has a nice bedroom and bathroom and smaller kitchen and sitting area. Really nice to give me and my husband our own space. Both have fantastic balconies which we spent a lot of time on. Having the pool was great to cool off on hot days or when coming up from the beach which is very close to the villa. I really liked this location because it wasn't in a really busy area yet it was close to bigger towns we wanted to visit. Also loved that there was a grocery store in walking distance along with places to eat. The property managers were incredible. Anytime I had a question, etc they were always quick to respond. They helped me arrange transport from and to the airport, rental car and a meal to be prepared at our villa by a chef. Would definitely recommend staying here. .

Wonderful!
Superb holiday. Immaculate property. Walk down the road and a few minutes later you’re on the beach in a little secluded spot. Turn right and a further 5 minutes around the cove finds a large stretch of beach which was never busy. That was our favourite spot. Lots of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Be sure to check out Akrogiali Tavern … perfect spot for watching the sun set. Hosts were brilliant. Helped us arrange taxis to from and to the airport. Always on hand if needed. Thank you :)

Mooi huis nabij de kust.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad .Alles was netjes en de ligging prima. Klein min puntje is dat je het verkeer toch wel duidelijk hoort s'nachts.

Sunny Villa in Crete
The property was just right for our needs. There was lots of space. The bedrooms were of a good size and the pillows and linen were lcomfy. We loved the views and the convenience to the sea and the local cafes, bars, supermarket.. All were in walking distance. It has 3 lovely balconies and amazing views of the sunset. We loved having the fields and space around us. The villa had generous welcome fruits, coffee etc. It was well equipped for self catering. It was easy to get to as it was only just of the main route.

Maison très agréable, idéale pour famille !!!
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa! Proche de la mer (5 min à pied), une petite crique très agréable où on a même pu voir des poissons avec nos masques !!! Proche de Rethymnon en voiture. L’accueil a été impeccable, avec tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour bien démarrer notre séjour !!!!

Who could ask for more !
We were met by the lovely Evmorfia who checked us in , a lovely welcoming basket was on the table. Where to start , the views of the sea from every floor, even by the pool. Immaculately clean property. Three double bedrooms. The third bedroom is annexed with its own everything even kitchen and the best sea view, our teenagers were then left in their own space, giving us plenty of room and privacy. The pool area was immaculate and cleaned every three days, as was the property. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you’re looking for peace quiet and somewhere off the beaten track whilst being close by to towns and places of interest then this is for you. The beach was literally a two minute walk away quiet and small, with fabulous rock pools . You can walk around the rocks for about five mins to reach a still very quiet sandy beach, it felt like we had private beaches. Rethymno was a beautiful town and only ten mins away, closer by there are sea front tavernas 15 min walk away is Eleven which was our favourite . Whilst there is a Lidl two mins down the road if you drive another ten mins there are fab local supermarkets in rethymno. The hospitality of both Evmorfia and Frosso ( the properties owner) was faultless. Frosso has a wonderful pottery shop in Rethymno well worth a visit.

The villa is great especially if you have older children
A lovely selection of beaches within walking distance. If you prefer a quiet spot then walking to the left will give you this. The local tavernas to the rich had plenty of lovely Cretan food and if you prefer not to drive, the local bus can take you to busier places. It was a lovely villa

Wir hatten mehr erwartet
Im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes super Kommunikation mit Evmorfia. Das hat alles gepasst. Die Lage des Objektes ist jedoch sehr "bescheiden", besonders der ungepflegte Bauernhof im direkten Sichtfeld. Das Haus hat viele kleine Mängel, der Pool ist quasi nicht nutzbar, er waren hier unzählbare Asseln im Wasser. Natürlich sind wir auch verwöhnt, hatten wir doch in den vergangenen Jahren Ferienhäuser in Spanien, mit einem weit höheren Qualitätsstandard zu wesentlich günstigeren Preisen. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt, da die Insel doch einiges an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat. Ohne eigenes Auto ist man an diesem Ort aber "ziemlich weit weg".

Had a relaxing holiday in a well equiped and nice house.

Very spacious with great patio spaces
The villa was more than big enough for the two of us and we enjoyed the extra space. It was in a good location between big tourist areas which we liked because there were things to do but we could get away from it all. The close proximity to the sea was a big plus as was the pool which we took great advantage of on hot days. An interesting location in the middle of a farm area provided some interesting observations of a working sheep farm. Nice Tavernas nearby for good food and amazing views as they were right on the beach. We had everything we wanted and were well taken care of. I would recommend it to friends. One thing: it would have been nice to have had access to a pool skimming net to get the debris out of the pool each day. Other than that all was great. Loved meeting the owner who happened to be a potter and since I am a ceramics professor we had lots to talk about.

A fantastic house, in a quiet location
We stayed for a few days in May, the house was great. Evmorfia greeted us on or arrival, gave us tour of the house, and a detailed briefing of all the best places to go both locally and on the island. The location was quiet, but there was enough locally to be useful. There was a beach within 3 minutes walk, and shops, bars and restaurants within 10. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and consider returning.

Beautiful, comfortable villa.
A lovely, comfortable villa with easy access to the sea. With balconies on two levels, this affords a differing vantage point as well as an opportunity to capture the changing aspects of the sun. The pool area was great for lounging around. We loved using the barbecue and also hit the jackpot in being there in the height of the ripening figs.The directions to the villa were straight forward with easy access to the nearby town and 'motorway'. Evmorfia the managing agent was extremely helpful & responsive, even providing a 'translation service' for us at a much needed time.
