Property was advertised as Private house with pier on lake Nokomis, next to Cornerstone Hotel. Linens provided, washer/dryer, etc. We arrived on our day,- no towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Kitchen towels consisted of only ones to wash dishes not for drying.
I have to say we were in a unique situation of the property being sold (which we weren't informed of)and now having to communicate between the 2 owners.
called our original owner to tell about the stuff missing, send people over at 9:30 with towels and supplies. they told us the washing machine wasn't working right and thats why no towels
We had trouble with the hotel guests using our dock and putting in a pontoon boat where our two boats were to go. called and had it taken care of.
NOW the next day we met the new owner ADAM and he was more than accommodating, Fixed the washing machine, got a new gas grill as the one there the bottom was rotting. My husband helped him fix some of the roll out windows that would not close. The house itself was fine, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths up and 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath down. was cold and no windows down there and a spiral staircase to maneuver, not good for the older generation of us.
I'm sure under the new ownership things will only improve.
If it's seclusion your hoping for though its not what you will get
