The only issue we had was that the hot water in our unit had limited capacity and after filling the bathtub, when we attempted to top it up, the faucet was only producing lukewarm water. We brought this issue up with the staff and were told that due to our unit only being a one bedroom, that the hot water tank wasn't very big and it could only...

"We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue....

"No tienen aire acondicionado.. el cuarto a las 10 pm estaba a 28°C.. fuimos a recepcion a avisar.. y solo dicen.. el hotel tiene 100 años.. por eso no tienen aire acondicionado.. aunque en la descripcion del cuarto dice que tiene"

"Un hotel bello en todo sentido, bien decorado, equipado y un personal muy amable. La habitación buena aunque nos tocó seguro una habitación equipada para necesidades especiales y supongo cambia algo en baño y habitación pero todo muy bien."
