"Manuka Cottage is a lovely cottage approximately 500m from the "CBD" of Halls Gap, as such it is centrally located and is close to all that you need during your stay. I should also note that it is almost directly across the road from the fabulous Spirit of Punjab Indian restaurant. The cottage was compact, clean and tidy. It even has a spa bath. "We enjoyed our stay at the Kookaburra Cottage immensely. The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! "This property was in an excellent location, was generally clean and very tidy, had all the necessities in the kitchen and laundry for cooking and tidying up. The neighbourhood was quiet, we enjoyed using the inside fire each evening, and contact with Kylie was fast and efficient. A wonderful stay!"

"This property (with three rentals) is incredibly delightful. Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there. The cottages have been beautifully built and furnished with everything you could need. We were there in the middle of winter. "Many very cheeky cockatoos and parrots around. Lovely to hear their screeching mixed with the kookaburra laughing in the evenings. I loved the electrical appliances like microwave, toaster and kettle. Plates, cups, glasses and cutlery available. All that was great. Especially the electric blanket in all of the beds , nice and cozy at night. A little upgrade would be great - carpet was a bit stained and the whole room could really need a renovation. "
