Great place!
Property is exactly as described. Everything was clean and amazingly well-stocked. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Just bring food! Quiet location and lots of outdoor spaces. Wendy was so kind and helpful, which made our stay even nicer.

Chilled wine in the refrigerator and fresh flowers on the counter...Great way to start! The king suite, tree suite and casita were incredible. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Washer and dryer worked well and the walk in closets were more than ample. The view and private access to Beaver Creek was amazing. Great outdoor seating and the Jacuzzi was more than refreshing after a long hike near Sedona. We would happily stay here again!

An oasis
One of the nicest homes we've stayed in, and we've rented quite a few over the years. The property is situated above a bubbling creek, and there are multiple places to sit and enjoy the view, along with a private hot tub that's perfect for stargazing. The indoors is beautiful as well. Better yet, the mattresses and pillows were as comfortable as sleeping at home. Wendy was the perfect host - she left us thoughtful welcome gifts in honor of our anniversary and was easy to reach, We'd visit again in a heat beat!

Getaway to the Sedona area
The house inside is beautiful and the sitting area out back was mostly peaceful. Early the first morning, we were blessed with the sound of chainsaws from across the creek, but there are neighbors so can’t begrudge them from doing what they do. There are a lot of sitting areas in the back, which is exactly what you want when you’re next to a creek. That being said, there are a lot of spider webs around the property in the back - some old and some new which makes a person a little leary about sitting at all those spots. Even the table at the main deck had tiny spiders and ants. But - you are next to a creek. I just would rather not share the place with things that want to crawl on you. All that being said - again - the inside of the house is amazing and beautiful. The owner provides games, entertainment (make sure you have an adapter for your phone so you can use the Bose speaker with your phone) and outdoor equipment for the creek so whatever the day and night brings, you should be covered. The owner is very nice and helpful so if you need anything, feel free to reach out to her. The area is close enough to Sedona that you can get there without spending too much driving time to get there. The road to Sedona will not disappoint! Lots of glorious splendor.

More pros than cons
First, let me start with the pros. Beds were SUPER comfortable and we both slept well each night. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets available for those cooler nights. We definitely enjoyed the outdoor space as we consistently heard the creek below and there are PLENTY of outdoor spaces to sit. The space has plenty of options for cooking items, games, and extra little details to feel welcome, like extra towels, and laundry baskets, instructions for tvs, WiFi, and fireplaces. Quiet location, and even noticed that there is a shield on the street lamp, so it’s not shining into the windows. As far as helpful tips you may need to know: Bring house slippers, floors are cold and could be slippery if you walk on them wet. A house robe might be ideal.A third suite is detached from the house, but no bathroom. Also, expect unannounced guests!! Someone came to take the trash out and put the trash can back, even though it was written in the guest instructions on the counter. I would have at least appreciated knowing that someone would be doing that, rather than show up when we weren’t around. To the owner: please make sure your cleaning person is dusting. Saw many cobwebs. And also, either text or email your renter the check in instructions. We are paying guests and should not have to write down instructions to check in and it would make it easier for renters. If self check in is not available, it should also be stated ahead of time. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

Great place outside Sedona
This place is in Rimrock which is about a 25-30 min drive from downtown Sedona and the drive in is absolutely gorgeous. The property itself is perfect for two couples. We all immediately felt comfortable here which is hard to do in a Vrbo. Wendy the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our party and our times. Great place you wont be disappointed by.

Relax tp the sounds of the bubbling creek. Enjoy the beautiful wildlife that wanders around the property. We saw deer, coyote and a beautiful kingfisher diving for his breakfast. The house was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly situated. Everything you need is provided. Wendy was the perfect host. Dont hesitate to get away to the Beaver Creek House. We will be back.

Perfect spot to reunite with friends and enjoy sight seeing in this area. Too many thoughtful details to list, but we enjoyed every moment. Perfect for 2 couples, with roomy suites at each end, spacious shared space indoors and cozy seating areas outside. Top of the line appliances and cooking-ready kitchen.
