"The cabins looked small from the outside, but we're actually very spacious we didn't feel cramped everything was very clean there was a full kitchen a table big enough to sit at least four. I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!"

"Fantastic visit! Since it rained for most of the weekend, we weren’t able to explore much but the grounds were beautiful. Check in was smooth, all the appliances worked. Check out was easy which made it very stress free. We’ll definitely be back! "

"This place was a dream for our family. It was so nice to be able to sit and enjoy meals together at the same time. Every suite had multiple sleeping areas and a sitting area. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the game room and fishing off the dock! We had rented the boat which was fun to cruise around the lake through the day. There are also plenty of fridges for food and drinks! Couldn't recommend this place enough for large groups! "

"This was our second time staying at this property. The outdoor space is great. There is a big deck where we ate all our meals. There was yard space to run around and play. And best of all the river was sandy so it was great to wade into with the little ones. And there was a sandy area where they could play. We used the canoe to paddle around the river as well. "

"Enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake house. Beautifully decorated with plenty of extras such as beach towels, throws and a fully stocked kitchen to make you feel at home. "Our stay was great: easy check-in, great communication with host, extremely clean, very modern, fantastic location, everything about this place was perfect. We had 8 adults with plenty of space. "House was just as described and accomodations for our 2 families of 4 was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with both pots/pans, dinner wear, storage for leftovers. Lake is sandy bottom and ladder was great to get in and out of the water. Kids and adults enjoyed ice cream on both sides of the lake and was great to be able to take ferry back and forth."

"We can into Briggsville from all over the Midwest for few days of fun and relaxation. The Bent Beam BARn was simply AWESOME!! We enjoyed games in the big yard, sat around the campfire every night. We cooked out on the grill that was provided. The lower level game room is fantastic! It layout of the Barn is well planned out with plenty of room for everyone. You can tell Matt and crew spent a lot of time make this place a destination. ALL THUMBS UP!! Check it out."
