"This is a great house, with a large backyard that has a fire pit and BBQ. Our dog had the best time, and spent most of his vacation running around the fenced-in yard, something we don’t have back home. House is very clean. Bed and couch are super comfortable. "If you want a clean hotel that is kid friendly and is centrally located on Seven Mile beach on the Jersey Shore, this is the place. Cannot find even an average quote to place on this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is simple. Location is just one block off beach. Pool is spacious and great for kids. Large hot tub also. This is really a great option when visiting the shore."

"We really enjoyed this house with our elderly parents. Our 14 th annual family vacation was a success The deck and pool are our happy place and the weather could not have been more perfect. A few little items like tv remote batteries and some very small cleaning opportunities but nothing to take away from our satisfaction.,will definitely consider this property again."

"There were no instructions on how to use the TV streaming services. The grill was filthy so unusable. This was the only place I ever rented that had NO toilet paper, spices, mugs for coffee, grill utensils. The curtain rods were broken. There was no window cover in the master bedroom. The occupants had to use sheets for privacy. The class doors did not have coverage for privacy. The side door accessing the trash and recycling stuck. The refrigerator leaked water and the freezer did not freeze...
