"Lovely place, our room was a great size with a huge bed, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery. Great view overlooking the main road, fab for people watching. There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. We had a huge bathroom with a good shower and it was about a 10 minute walk to city centre but there's plenty...

"Fantastic cottage for our short break. Communication with owner and directions to the property were perfect. The cottage was spotless on arrival and the pool was even better than the photos. "I recently stayed at The Stay Company for nearly a month, and it was an excellent experience. The location was fantastic, very safe, with a park just steps away and convenience stores nearby. The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning soon!"

"Lovely stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Vicky was always on hand when needed and communication was great - super quick! Loved coming outside to the chickens and seeing the horses when we arrived. We had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend/return!"

"Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. "We were only staying for three nights which was a shame as could have done with longer.. We found the cottage easily, it was warm, clean and comfortable. Great walking from the front door. We hopped on a bus to Bakewell and had a wander around the town and hopped on a bus back. Would thoroughly recommend "
