"We had a very nice stay at the home on Cox Neck Road. It was the good jumping off location for all that there is to do on the North Fork. The home was small and simple, but all that we needed for our family of 4 + 2 grandparents. It is a renovated home with central air. Nothing high end, but does the trick for a rental/ vacation with kids. The heated pool was the highlight. "

"Group of lifelong friends celebrating birthdays and just enjoying the area. House was clean and well appointed. Huge and charming. Location is excellent for north fork long island activities, wineries, farms, Greenport village and beaches. We would book this location again."

"Beautiful new home, thoughtfully and stylishly designed and furnished. Great kids bunk room with tv and bean bags, beautiful master suite with huge bathroom, great kitchen, dining and living space. Outdoor space is equally well-appointed with pool, seating area with fire pit and outdoor dining area. Great place, close to restaurants and shopping as well."

"We were there just for one night and didn't get to spend enough time at the house. Wish it could have been longer! This was a beautiful property. The house is amazing. Will come back again."

"The house was very spacious, clean and all amenities listed were available to use. Only thing I'd mention is that one of the showers weren't working and we were not able to connect to the wifi but, the host was very responsive during our stay. Late to respond prior to booking but, overall my group had a great experience, the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool and backyard area was nice, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to have a large group gathering with friends...
