Pésimo host. Nunca se preocupó por nosotros, nos cobraron más de 400 dólares en fees qué no detallaron correctamente. Cero comunicación de parte del host en toda la estadía. No habían trapos o toallas de cocina o limpieza. El ventilador del balcón no funcionaba. Buen hotel infinity, mal host

A great vacation spot in the Caribbean!
The unit is at a great location with bar, restaurants, and a beautiful beach in front the property. Nice gym and spa. Last but not least the breakfast was incredible. I will go again!

Infinity Bay
Our stay at this condo in Roatán was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts of home – and more.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, but we couldn’t resist exploring the local dining options nearby. The bedrooms were spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was a dream come true.The location was perfect – a short walk to pristine beaches and vibrant coral reefs, ideal for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The complex’s amenities, including the pools and lounge areas, were well-maintained and offered a great spot to relax after a day of adventure.The hosts were fantastic, providing us with great communication ensuring we had everything we needed for an stress-free vacation. We truly felt like we were in paradise and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Infinity Bay to anyone looking for a slice of heaven in Roatán!

Great stay in West Bay!
My family of 4 stayed in West Bay for 5 nights & it was incredible! The condo was exactly as pictured and it was clean, tidy, and updated. The staff were excellent on site. Additionally, the owner was great at communicating and offered great advice before arrival and pre-arranged the shuttle which made our arrival easy. The location cannot be beat, you are right outside of the most beautiful reef for perfect snorkeling. During our December stay, we pretty much had the resort to ourselves, it was quiet, but had all the amenities we needed.

Relaxing from start to finish
I loved every moment of our stay. The owner of the property was wonderful and very accommodating. All of the staff at the resort were fun and professional. Never had to wait for a thing. I definitely recommend this property.

Very nice property, well maintained and very clean. Amazing snorkeling and diving right from the beach just a few feet from the pool. Poolside restaurant is great. Really no need to leave the resort. Dive shop on property is awesome and super convenient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great Place!
Great place to stay wonderful resort and the place was large enough for two families to stay comfortably. The one drawback was the AC was locked and it was uncomfortable and hot during the night. We were not able to change the temp. Overall the facilities are great!

Great and spacious stay
A little problem during check in but the resort is beautiful and the unit was spacious and had amazing beds! We really enjoyed the Friday night fire show on the property, the pool and the beautiful beach, all within steps!

Roatan is a Hidden Gem
Our Infinity Bay condo was amazing! Super clean and felt just like home. It was steps from the pool and the beach. There’s also a water taxi dock right in front of the condo, so it was very convienient to get from our place to any restaurants. Really great snorkeling site just a few steps from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful trip to paradise!

Highly recommend this resort. The breakfast was super good and a lot of choices. I do wish the buffet above the office was open for lunch and dinner and not only for breakfast. All the staff were super helpful and very nice.

Family Tropical Vacation
My family of 6 had a great time staying at Infinity Bay. The location of the resort and condo were excellent. The owner of the condo sent an information packet before arrival with tips on the resort and island which was very much appreciated. He also set up our transportation from the airport. The staff were friendly and security was always present. It was very convenient having the dock close by to catch a water taxi or excursion. We enjoyed swimming straight out from the beach to snorkel. The outside patio on the condo was a spacious space we liked hanging out at in the mornings. Having the two good sized bathrooms was nice when 6 of us were getting ready for the day or evening. The only negatives I can share were the towel situations. The condo was set up for only 4 guests and it took the staff awhile to bring us more towels. They were always short on beach towels. Our suggestion would be to keep the beach towel you have for your whole stay then turn in on your last beach day. Also when you know there will be cruise ships ported make sure to save beach chairs early in the morning otherwise you may not get to take advantage of the free Infinity Bay chairs. All in all we would recommend this condo and resort!
