Amazing stay!
This was our second time to Roatan and second time to the Lawson Rock neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The house was spacious enough for our kids to have their own space when they wanted. Waking up to the ocean view from the third floor bedroom was breathtaking. Coffee on the patio every morning and drinks at night is where we spent a lot of our time. The pool was also so nice to cool off in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, although the only time it was used for cooking was by a private chef which was so nice! We loved having the 24 hour security and loved having the dock that we snorkeled off of and saw so much. Loved everything, Gladys was amazing to work with as well!

Great getaway for four
We had a wonderful week at the Sandridge house. Make sure you have step by step directions to the house so that you don't end up looking for it for an hour and a half. Once we got settled in, it was hard to leave, except to go next door to tiny Blue Island Divers for scuba diving. Don't be worried that guests have to pay for the electricity during their stay. Our added charge was only $104, and we had to use the AC in the 2 bedrooms that we stayed in. The house is built for breezes, and with everything opened up, its like being on the beach. We spent most of our downtime reading on the big screened porch. It really is just a 3 minute walk to the shore, but its not the best place to snorkel. I left the contact information for a great couple who will take you to interesting sites for snorkeling. The neighborhood was very friendly with some great architecture and beautiful landscaping. You can walk a good ways on the beach and see lots of interesting things. We appreciated the artistic talents of the owner, & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Home
Overall our stay here was very pleasant. Its close to major attractions around the island. The neighborhood is very clean and beautiful. If i had to give some feedback I'd say that the extra electricity fee is definitely a down side to thos home. My family and i have stayed in several homes at Roatan and electricity has always been included. I believe it isn't listed on the description. Just a heads up to the guests. It is extremely pricy in my opinion. We also had a big struggle washing clothes. Besides that, the house was awesome. Would definitely come.back. Gladys and Wendy have amazing customer service!

Ideal Family Vacation Retreat
We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. We dined and drank likes royalty in the midst of an otherwise hectic family reunion gathering in Roatan! Can’t wait to return 🙂

Lovely Home
There is no doubt this was a beautiful spot. The Concierge, Gladys Christina, was on top of her game! She was communicative throughout the process, met us at the property, and helped us throughout our stay. The house was impressive, and the indoor pool a lovely plus. Our only difficulty was the "Rule Book of Restrictions". While it was clearly stated, when booking, a per person surcharge would be applied (up front), you did not realize, until you arrived, a surcharge for electricity would be applied at the end of your trip. This was something that should have been stated upfront; in all fairness. The community was lovely, a short walk to the beach. The community Deli was a nice perk!

Best Host Ever!
The property is more than 'as advertised' it is more beautiful in person and very well designed and so close to amazing snorkeling. The highlight by far however is Gladyse the Host, she was super communicative, gave us great referrals and is by far the best host we've ever had on Air B&B or VRBO. We all had a tremendous time, what a wonderful island :)

Great place for fun
The best thing about this house is Gladys the property manager. She was in touch with me from booking through check out. She arranged a rental car, dives, restaurants ,private chef, even helped plan a birthday surprise….EVERYTHING. The house is clean and modern and well located for us. Nice sized living area, well outfitted kitchen. Secure location and a nice dock/ beach area. Nice air flow in house. Laundry facilities a huge bonus!!

Casa de Sandridge was wonderful
Easy Checkin. Gorgeous house with all the amenities. The photos are accurate. The beach and pier are nice. The security guards (especially Joseph and John aka Smiley) and all the other guards make it fun! They remembered our grandkids names and made us feel at home. Wow! What a wonderful home! Gladys helped with check in , checkout and any thing we needed during our stay. She’s a rockstar!!

Fun in Roatan
Gladys was absolutely on time and for the right information. She was great and organizing or attempting to organize different activities for us. The only problem we can fine with entire residence was the switches for the lights in the upstairs pool. Enjoyed the stay!

Power Costs
The place was amazing, however based on the cost of the rental it seemed annoying to have to pay additional for power use. Felt like I was being stuck with extra unnecessary costs and left a bad impression in a otherwise amazing place to stay.

Beautiful home, great location
This property exceeded expectations- the home is beautifully furnished with high quality bedding and linens. The location was perfect for us - away from the bustle of West End but just a 10 minute drive away. There were kayaks at the condo complex to use, and snorkeling gear at the house. The outdoor screened patios were fabulous. The giant fans amazing during the day, but A/C was wonderful for sleeping. It’s a perfect size house for two families with kids to share, with a few beds to spare. The guards at the gatehouse were super nice and we felt very safe. Probably our best VRBO rental ever. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous home and furnishings!
We loved our stay at Casa Sandridge! The furnishings are comfortable and beautiful - the entire place gives an air of calmness and made relaxing a breeze! The location is far from the hectic crowds of West End and West Bay, but close enough to make it convenient to get there when you want to. We loved the rooftop pool and it was nice that it was enclosed for the bugs. My only complaint would be the cable railings on the third floor aren't high enough and if you're trying to take photos of the gorgeous sunsets and aren't paying attention you could totally flip right over them - which almost happened to me because I was looking at my camera phone. I wouldn't allow children up there unsupervised. Otherwise, the home was lovely, the property managers were a dream to work with, and the house had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful time there! I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it - totally worth the price!
