"Wonderful three-night stay at this very nice property. Great location along Lubec’s Water Street, making everything in town within easy walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and had all the comforts I needed. Everything is self-serve, including a modest but adequate continental breakfast each morning, set up in the entrance foyer. Patrick is a terrific host who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a stay in Lubec."

"This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. "

"This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. I would give it a 10 if possible. The owners made you feel welcome and were very accommodating. Room and property was better than advertised! Its remote location along with a lake front on property was awesome. The fact that they had kayaks/canoes for guests to use was such a pleasant surprise.
