"I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. Stained Linens: Master bed sheets had noticeable blood stains, an unacceptable issue for a 5-star resort. Towel Quality: The provided towels were rough, some even stained....

"Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. "

"We had a great time in Pigeon Forge when we went for our anniversary as it was in a perfect location for us. We were close enough to the action that it was a short drive to all of the main attractions that we had on our "to do list", yet it was far enough from the action that we could enjoy some restful downtime when we needed it. The cabin itself was very clean and well maintained and the owner was very easy to work with."
