"The staff were nice and I was even able to check in early, fantastic after a long flight. The entrance is gated which is for safety and I saw lots of hotels like that, but it made me uncomfortable about the safety of the area, but then I was told that’s what Johannesburg is like. "

"Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel offers a shuttle from/to the parking area and to/from the Gold Reef City Casino. The park is well maintained. "Cozy and comfortable place. Easily accessible. Three issues to improve on: 1. Despite the fact that I had booked 3 weeks earlier, the housekeeper did not have my confirmation. Although it was eventually sorted, it leaves one to wonder. 2. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main house and not in the rooms 3. Dstv was not accessible. I had to watch crucial World cup games on my phone."

"Well the room was very neat just that they didn't clean it on the following day. Breakfast wasn't so mouthwatering. There was not microwave in the room so in order for us to eat warm food it costed us to go to the main house and ask them to warm it for us."
