"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und alle Geräte funktionieren. Die Klimaanlage haben wir eigentlich gar nicht benötigt, da bei offenen Fenstern immer ein leichter Durchzug im Haus vorhanden war.Am Pool zirpten die Grillen und ab und an bellten die Hunde. Etwas anspruchsvoll ist lediglich der Transport schwerer Taschen zum Haus, da man doch einen Weg über Stufen zurücklegen muss. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!"

"The house was just what we were looking for, an oasis of tranquility. It is as it appears in the photos. Beautiful views and perfectly equipped house. Our dog was happy among the olive trees. Highlight how absolutely clean the house was. We did many excursions, we spent time in Luca all within short distance of the house. With car everything is at hand. Massimo very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!"

"Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. "This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! "
