"We enjoyed a lovely time in Cecilia‘s nice house under pines close to the beach. The house yard is fenced in which allows to leave the dog roam free. The house itself is not new but well maintained and everything is working well. The bathrooms obviously had been renewed once since the house has been built. The inside of the house has a very friendly and familiar character, easy to feel well and welcome there. Cecilia did a very good job. She precisely answered our questions before the stay and...

"Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"Die Küche war dreckig, die Töpfe haben geklebt. Der Kühlschlank war ebenfalls dreckig und zum Teil kaputt. Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser. Im Grill was noch die alte Asche vom Vorgänger. Der Vermieter war zwar sehr verständnisvoll, wollte die Wohnung auch gleich putzen lassen, was allerdings den ganzen Tag gebraucht hätte. Wir sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Der Vermieter hat uns leider nur einen kleinen Teil erstattet plus Endreinigung verlangt!! Zudem hat er auch zu viel Kurtaxe berechnet....

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"Einfach nur toll ! Eigentlich möchte man gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Die Villa La Stella ist einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Relaxurlaub. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann ist es der Umstand, dass nicht für jeden Gast eine Liege am Pool zur Verfügung steht."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Umgeben von Wald und mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte. Kleinere Mängel wurden schnell beseitigt und es gab immer ein Lächeln für uns. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es ein kleines Carepaket, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der hauseigene Außen-Whirlpool konnte beheizt werden und war sehr entspannend. "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."
