Nice to get away
Great location. Blinds on windows were terrible. The shower curtain was moldy and bayh towels were not clean. Beach towels were cleaner. But over all the stay qas nice and the views were amazing.

Condo with great ocean view!!
Great location, great ocean views, great selection of games and movies! The condition of the unit is pretty beat up for the price. Carpet is in poor condition with a lot of stains, appliance doors on washer and microwave don’t work properly, beach closet looks like a junk closet unkept, guest bath and sink don’t drain. Needs a facelift big time. The building is well kept, safe and secure.

Short beach getaway
This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place for family of 4- location was perfect!
We enjoyed the condo very much. There was a decent amount of kitchen utensils and dishes as we did cook a few meals. Washer and dryer were nice to have along with all the sand toys and beach accessories. Security was good and property was very clean. Beds were not queen as listed but still comfortable. Nice 3 minute walk to the beach.Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the view and the condo was really nice. There was a nice selection of movies, games and puzzles. I fireplace was not working and the washing machine was dirty. From 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I would rate it a 9.

Whale Watcher Perch
The surrounding properties within the neighborhood does not interfere with the Oceanview. Onsite free parking, well stocked kitchen, and working elevator is a plus. Overall impression: I recommend the property.

Beautiful view and great access, but needs updates
This condo had unmatched access to the beach and a truly stunning view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable, but there were a few amenities typical of a rental that were missing (i.e no body wash or bar soap in the showers, very little coffee, no laundry detergent). It would also be nice to have a more thorough welcome booklet with property specific instructions (how to use TVs, where is the dumpster etc) Lastly, the carpet is not in the best condition with stains in some areas and the couch and chairs are similarly dated, but match photos in the listing, so not a surprise. The fire place does not work, which again is mentioned on listing, but a let down if you only view the photos and miss some of the fine print. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful view, clean inside
We had a very nice stay. The view from 5th floor was great. The place was quite comfortable. There were a few minor issues of concern, but the management took care of those quite promptly and satisfactorily. Although the place states that animals are not allowed, we were sure that someone had previously brought a dog. One member in our family has allergies to dog hair, and she noticed that her allergy flared up when she sat on the couch.

Close to beach and town, great view
This condo had everything we wanted for a quiet weekend getaway. Its easy to get to, has a great view of the beach with easy access and is in walking distance of town. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The carpet needs a cleaning and they could use a few more drinking glasses, but otherwise its perfect.

Beautiful location, not clean
The location is great and the view is beautiful. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the cleanliness of the property. The guest bed mattress and comforter was soiled with urine and so we spent our time managing this issue and didn’t get to enjoy our stay. Ended up leaving early when it couldn’t be resolved during our stay.

Rockaway Beach Condo
While the updated bathrooms and kitchen were nice, the rest of the condo was not great. The carpet was wrinkled and stained; the beds were uncomfortable; there wasn’t enough seating in the living room. Also when we went to use the washer, we couldn’t get the door to close. I immediately contacted Vacasa and was told a maintenance person would contact me. They never did. While I do not have the expectation that locations will have a lot of supplies, it surprised me that there wasn’t any plastic wrap or foil on the premises. Also, the pots and pans were limited and not in very good shape. I would not recommend this location.

Not totally impressed.
Beautiful views. Stayed 4 nights, 2 of them could not use one of the showers because water would not drain could not get them to send a repair person until the 3rd day, and only because had to speak with manager of Vacasa.

The property had a GREAT view, decently stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. There was no AC, had to sleep with windows open to cool off. Overall, a nice property for the price.
