New years 2025 family trip
Very comfortable, condo for four people and pets steps are pretty steep for older folks, but it’s manageable. It would be nice if those elevators could work. The facility was very clean and well supplied.

Amazing Location
We loved this place! It was so relaxing and had the best beach access, seemingly very secluded! We would love to stay here again. My only complaint was the bed was on the harder side and my pillows were flat. This was a very clean and well furnished place to stay! Thank you!

Our anniversary!
This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed in one of these units. This one though, by far, was the nicest yet. We will most definitely be back for this one! Thank you so much for a memorable getaway!

Clean, pet friendly, nice unit
This is my first time using VRBO and I'm pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how nice the unit was. Super clean large pet friendly. Comfortable beds I slept in the living room cuz I like to keep the TV on. There are no TVs in the bedrooms however. That's okay though really nice walk out balcony in the master with a really nice deep soaking tub. Everything was really clean and updated. We loved that there was chairs in the closet and plenty of beach towels. Lots of Linens and comforters in case you're cold plus they have a couple heaters. This was at the beginning of August and the unit was not hot.. I'm not sure if it has AC or not. Stocked with everything you need. There's even a vacuum cleaner for the sand and a washer and dryer and a broom. The refrigerator has an ice maker and there's a Keurig coffee maker and a kettle. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator but it's really close to the beach and the view from the balcony and the living room is mostly of the beach.. you can see the water and the waves crashing. This unit is great for dogs.. we put a diaper on our little girl and a pee pad on the balcony and she had no problems making potty. Make sure to bring your own shampoo conditioner and body soap as there were none provided which we didn't expect. They have plenty of towels washcloths and paper towels and toilet paper. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had traveling to the beach. Loved the convenience of walking out of your room and h

Incredible view and great stay!
My friends and I booked this place for a friend’s birthday weekend! The directions made it super easy to find, and once we got there it was perfect! The space was clean, with VERY tall ceilings. Plenty of room for more than just the 3 of us that went! We kept saying how perfect this would be to come to with our partners and kids again someday! We will be back!

Great location and great condo.
Everything was great except there was a mouse in the wall that was very loud and the toilet in the master runs every 5-10 minutes. Between the toilet and the mouse, which is only active at night, it was very hard to sleep in the master bedroom. When I reported it to the property manager they treated the issues as not important and acted like we were just being dramatic. We ended up not being able to sleep in one of the rooms due to the noise. They did not compensate us for the inconvenience. Otherwise it was a great space and awesome location.

Excellent Views Great Location but...
This condo was amazing! My husband was impressed with its roominess and how nice it looked on the inside and the views from the floor to ceiling Windows in the living room were stunning! We could see a portion of the beach and lots of wave action from the ocean! And there were no blinds to impede the views. I loved the kitchen! It had amenities that we don’t have at home, a sink garbage disposal! Yay! I brought all my own cooking spices and seasonings. Clean up was easy with those gorgeous counters! Plenty of space... I used the square griddle pan almost every morning, and the rice cooker worked great! It was nice having fresh brewed coffee every morning as well and has inspired me to get one for our home! Lol ;) My 10 yr old son was beyond excited to have such easy access to the beach and he loved the hot tubs, which were located just under our kitchen side window. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and clean. I LOVED the Tub!! That was my favorite place to hang out in the evenings... so big and deep! Just Lovely! Okay... now for the reason we had to leave a day early :/. The master bedroom bed. Oh my lands! To say it’s “springy” like other reviews have said is an understatement. It made some awful popping sounds every time we got on and off of it.. it was hard and probably one of the most uncomfortable vacation beds we’ve ever slept on. And my husband and I have bad backs... his back became so inflamed he couldn’t move his neck and head two mornings in a row. We dreaded going to bed every night.. and the last night we stayed we slept in the two double beds in the other room and put our 10 yr old son into the master room, he faired better in there than us! And we decided to leave a day before our checkout day due to my husbands back pain. He said it was a dealbreaker of staying there again. Unless the master bed is upgraded... maybe have the owners get a posturepedic or a nice memory foam bed. We want to stay there again at Nedonna Views. We loved everything except the bed. It’s sad how one aspect can ruin an amazing experience. I’ve read reviews for other Nedonna Views condos and have seen a couple of promising ones we may try if we’re ever able to take a vacation like this again. My husband doesn’t get much time off due to the nature of his work. I am sincerely hoping we can come again! And if the bed situation is resolved we would be ecstatic to stay at Stonybrooke again! Thank you!

Lovely view!
This was a great place to stay with my kids. Lots of room. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities (griddle, waffle iron, instapot, and crockpot). Bring your own salt and pepper, seasonings, foil, and oil. Very easy access to the beach and the view from the condo was lovely. We celebrated Christmas here and really felt at home. We will return!

Lovely condo
Enjoyed the condo and the beach. The microwave and washing machine were not operational unfortunately. Spider webs need to be removed from around upper section of front door. Love the high ceilings and big bathrooms.

Nice place, but
over all nice place to stay, but I found there was some lack of communication via emails. There is an elevator there are steps on how to use it. And if if wasnt for someone else staying there and letting g us know that the elevator was down. Second thing is we lost power. No biggie but there was absolutely nothing inside the condo incase of power outage. (Flashlights, lantern etc) 7:30 pm was kind of dark and trying to access emails without wifi to contact someone.

Peaceful get away
We loved our stay. Was very roomy and quiet. The view was better than the pictures show. The only complaint is my husband had to keep fixing the toilet float in the main bath so the toilet would quit running. We would live to stay again.
