"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"This little cottage is perfect! Cozy, spotless and quiet, we found it to be a lovely place for our weekend getaway. Sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbirds zip around was a treat and our little Corgi enjoyed her walks around the fishing pond and trips to the dog run. "Great home and location. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard and running with the neighbors dogs. Great weekend getaway! The one hing we could say could’ve been better was the master bedroom mattress- we found it to be uncomfortable. "

"What a great location for us! Cool house with access to so much in Fulton/Rockport area. We wanted to explore one of the last Texas coastal areas we havent seen. Easy walking distance to quality shops, dining & beach/coastal activities. The home is a little older but very comfotable and homey....Definitely would stay here again. "

"Nice clean place. Nice getaway for families or couples visiting the beach! The host was also very quick to respond and flexible with our dates. The only downside I would say is good add some safety features for kids as the house is right off a busy road. We did have to add a safety latch to doors for our autistic child. However the kids loved the room with the 2 beds and the tv and loved the back yard with the swing! "
