Great time! Beautiful location.

The getting into the house was our only issue, but once we were in, everything was absolutely wonderful. Clean, warm, cozy & nice beds with a great dock for sitting & enjoying Salt Lake.

Nice vacation home near Rockport
Nice 3 bedroom home,enjoyed the fishing pier.2 beds were in need of replacing mattress maybe. Disposal had an odor.Had most of what we needed for cooking purposes. Nice wine storage refrigerator. Left handrail needs attention. A little wobbling for going down the steps out back. Overall had a great cooling system for this hot Texas weather! We appreciated that! Thanks!

Not for senior partially disabled adults.
The house was as cute as can be but the steps going to the pier were too steep for my husband. We could not fish because he had no access to the pier and deck. We ended up cutting our trip short. We booked 3 nights but only stayed one. He was disappointed that he couldn't night fish.from the pier.

Cute & Quiet Cottage-Like Home
This was a great little home for a quick getaway for myself and my family. The house is small but has three bedrooms and two baths as well as small kitchen and living area that overlook the deck and water. The deck is spacious and has plenty of seating but keep in mind that the house is on a lake/bay, not the ocean. The house was clean and quiet and had everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Awesome Spring Break Getaway!
The property was perfect! Updated, clean, our own private fishing pier, and just a few minutes drive to downtown and the beach. The fishing was great - black drums were biting - and our family had a blast! Would definitely come back for another stay, and recommend to others. Thanks for a great little getaway!

Relaxing Stay
Thanks to the hosts for sharing their property through VRBO. The property was exactly as described and fit our needs well. I was looking for a waterfront property that was mostly accessible as my 86-year-old father must use a walker. The driveway is level with the house so it was easy for him to get in and out, and he was also able to navigate the three steps from the house down to the deck and fishing pier with assistance. The walk-in showers also made it easy and the beds were comfortable. The fishing wasn’t great during our stay, but we’re just casual fishermen and still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Wonderful, quiet location! Spent a few days with the kids fishing and managed to catch about a dozen fish off the pier in the back! Would definitely visit again!
