Here are the notes I left for the Vacasa review: You were absolutely horrible to deal with!!! In the first 2 days of reporting problems, I received 10 - yes, ten - emails that you were sorry I was experiencing the issue and you would get right on it, was there anything else I needed. I did eventually receive one phone call, and by that time, we had figured out one of the pressing issues. Day three, checkout, and no one ever came to take care of the issues, despite the repeated "We will get right on it, is there anything else you need?" There was no notebook with info, only tiny, handwritten notes taped to potential problem areas. In the dark, can't see the one about the bathroom light switch/plugs not working, which was across the room from the switch. Bad wiring when the overhead light is controlled by a GFI on the other side of the room! Going to the bathroom at night with a flashlight - expensive camping! Overflowed toilet that had nothing extra put in beyond human waste, and no mopping provided - potentially nasty if we were not resourceful about taking mats from other parts of the house. No towels replaced afterwards. Had to search for bedding for the sofa bed. It was actually pretty comfortable, but one of the blankets (minky-like one) was quite smelly. Not enough blankets for chilly nights. Lack of helpful instructions (again, the comprehensive notebook that was not there) for using the A/C. No checkout instructions at all. There was a LOT more, out of room here....
