"We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! "

"Really enjoyed our stay in Durango! The house was very spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and laid out to give plenty of separation. We spent lots of time on the porch just enjoying the breeze and the sounds of the wind through the trees. We saw deer in the yard, and the kitty cat that hung out was very sweet. Very good location for going to Durango and Mesa Verde. We would definitely return!"

"ADORABLE cabin with all the right touches! Comfy bed and sofa, updated bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. But who's spending time inside with such an amazing view from the deck?! One of the best around the whole lake! Trail to the shore is steep, as advertised, but worth it to take the canoe out on the lake. "Great location - beautiful view of the lake. Decorated beautifully - very nautical and cozy. Needs some love and care. Great to have grill but only 2 burners on it worked - which was okay. Couldn’t open a couple of windows due to screen torn and no screen on others but it was cool enough. Entry gate to the house needs fixing - wood rot but easily fixable - but made entry and departure a tad challenging. Would definitely rent again! "

"An amazing home at the end of the street which offered a wonderful view of the river. It had the feel of being all alone in paradise. The layout of the home was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean, my only complaint was it had several spider webs by TV and fireplace and I am terrified of spiders."
