La estancia en la villa ha sido fabulosa, tiene una vista super hermosa y una piscina a menos de un minuto caminando, cerca de la villa también se encuentran restaurantes, bares y un supermercado. La zona es súper tranquila y segura, justo al frente hay un extenso campo de golf, la Villa está equipada con todo lo necesario para estar varios días, desde microondas hasta lavadora. La cama principal ha estado super cómoda, de las dos camas en la segunda habitación había una que se sentía muy dura, pero no nos afectó porque solo usamos una. También todas las dudas que hemos tenido han sido respondías muuuy rápidamente por la propietaria, se ha asegurado que estemos a gusto en la estancia. Totalmente recomiendo este lugar :)

Location perfect. Property everything you need for a holiday. Property is fully equipped, it was clean and tidy on arrival.very comfortable. Host was extremely helpful and always on hand if ever we had a question. Would I stay again? Yes most definitely. Very close to bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket close to.looking forward to booking this property again next year.

SAME QUALITY AGAIN
We have rented this villa many times. Frontline to the golf, 3 x minutes (walk) to the bars and shops, 10 x minutes to the beach (by car) and the sun kissed terrace for those G & T's! The pool is 20 x seconds walk and is large and clean. The villa itself has always been clean, accessible, with easy instructions and lovely neighbours! It is a place to relax and forget ones troubles! The owner has great comms (within 24 x hrs easily) and there are written instructions for everything! What more can I say!

Excellent location
Stayed at this blue top a few time as it’s my favourite for location for restaurants bars etc also the views are unbelievable from sun rise to sun set it’s always really clean and looked after. The host is fantastic if you ever need to communicate definitely recommend

Quiet resort, great views, close to amenities.
Lovely apartment- had everything you could possibly need. Close to supermarket, bars and restaurants (5 minute walk) although a car would probably be needed if you wanted to go elsewhere. It was about a 30 minute walk to Rojales (I think!!) and a 40 minute walk to Quesada, although we didn’t attempt this due to the heatwave and the fact we were told we would need to walk up ‘cardiac hill’!! The swimming pool was a 1 minute walk from the apartment which was lovely. The first week, we had this to ourselves and the second week, there were a few more people around but it was never over busy and there was always room in the pool for us! The apartment had air-con and ceiling fans which were an absolute god send during the heatwave! There was loads of outdoor space (including a roof terrace) - ideal for sun worshippers. Sun loungers and chairs provided. Although there’s a road outside the apartment, it wasn’t too busy. There wasn’t much noise from cars or people. Great communication from Mary who responded very quickly to all our questions, both before and after booking. Would definitely re-book this apartment if we went to this part of Spain again.

Dissapointing stay
Booking process was ok, the host had prompt communication. Location was good; close to some shops, restaurants and a 20min walk to the town. However, for further trips a taxi or car is needed. The property was disappointing. Layout was fine but the standard of facilities was not good. Kitchen and bathroom were very old and in desperate need of complete refitting. All cutlery, pots and pans were dirty and had to be washed before use, old and in poor condition, so we did not make use of the kitchen as planned which cost us more to eat out. All bed linen and towels had permanent stains, red and brown spots and a cigarette burn hole in pillows. We had to spend our first day washing them all as we did not feel comfortable to use them. The stains did not come out so they must be permanent and need to be replaced. We got bites every night, we thought these were mosquitos but when we got back home our GP confirmed they were bed bug bites. Very concerning as we had a young child with us who is covered in bites. This would also explain some of the staining on the sheets. There was staining on the sofas and pillows also. It is obvious the host has spent no money or time maintaining the property to a reasonable standard. A bit shocked that they were providing dirty facilities, towels and linen, then charging for extra beach towels, also with permanent stains. In our opinion the property not as advertised, overpriced and needs to be fixed up. Would visit Rojales again but not stay here

Property had very well equipped kitchen, but could do with an update. Lovely spacious walk-in shower. Matresses in twin room thin and uncomfortable. In a quiet residential street, fab location for restaurants/bars/supermarket golf. Great accessible pool, needs chairs and loungers that are clean and not broken. Fantastic view over golf course from sun terrace.

Beautiful area with stunning views
Great property, very homely. Beautiful area with stunning views, great if you like walking. Fantastic little town just 5min walk, with friendly locals, great food & cheap beer. 2 minute walk to communal pool, if you want to venture out then I advise to rent a car, but taxis are quite cheap and easy to obtain. Only 20min walk into Rojales. Never met such friendly people, definitely recommend

Maison très bien située et au calme. Très bien équipée. Bon, le terrain de golf à proximité engendre quelques désagréments tôt le matin mais c'est largement supportable. La maison était très, très propre à notre arrivée. La piscine communautaire à 20 mètres plus qu'appreciable, propre et bien équipée avec des sièges à disposition, plus une douche. Location parfaite. A garder en réserve pour d'autres vacances

Lovely house, fantastic host.
Mary was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The house was spacious, very clean and well appointed with an outdoor terrace, courtyard and solarium which we loved to relax on. It was in a great location for us as we know this area well and had a lovely view overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa stay at Quesada, Spain
We would recommend this site for booking holiday destinations. Excellent service throughout. Easy to use. Our questions were dealt with promptly and we thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at our villa. It was a home from home and very comfortable.

April 2022 - 3 week stay
Well, where do I start. This property could be an absolute gem. Its location is excellent and the views over the golf course lovely. Unfortunately, before we arrived, we were told that because of the bad weather over the past month that the owners had been unable to do anything outside. There was no one to meet and greet us, so we had to let ourselves in and work out how everything worked. The sun terrace had sand ingrained in the tiles and despite myself trying to sweep up, this problem requires a power washer to sort out. along with the balustrades. The awning outside the front door had splits down every seam and the patio doors leading into the courtyard leaked during the really heavy rain of the first couple of days. A couple of the security blinds were broken. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned so we had to do this ourselves, apparently the cleaners had been ill and when we contacted them, they could not get to us until 10 days after we arrived. We declined this as we had already had to clean the washing machine tray, bathroom, kitchen area along with cutlery etc. We were however, refunded 60 euros for this inconvenience. The property in our opinion was not really as advertised and is in need of some updating and painting. The property did not ruin our holiday but it would have been far more enjoyable if it had been in the condition shown in the photographs listed online. Overall we were disappointed with the property and would not go back unless all these issues were resolved.

Heerlijk verblijf in Rojales Quesada
We hebben genoten tijdens ons verblijf . Het huis had alle comfort welke nodig is voor een prettig verblijf. Mede dankzij het prachtige weer hebben we kunnen genieten van het zwembad om de hoek. Restaurants en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand.
