"From the moment we walked into this stunning house, we fell in love. Beautiful attention to detail throughout. Everything you need is catered for. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom, beautiful, lovely bath with salts provided, wonderful touch to unwind. Bedrooms, spacious and detailed with super comfy bedding. Living/dining relaxing environment and space to unwind. "We were very comfortable in this accommodation. The host Catherine was super, very friendly and accommodating. We had a dog trailer and needed to park off street. Catherine moved things around especially so we could do that. We also loved the welcome basket of treats on our arrival. A very thoughtful and kind gesture. Would definitely stay again."

"We were unaware it was only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds... but worked just fine because the boys had sleeping bags on one bed. Dishwasher was not functioning safely with drawers unable to take weight so we chose to hand wash our dishes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"It was easy access to the accommodation which was spacious and clean. It was simple and we were comfortable. It is in a good location with a bus stop right outside. Frequent buses go to the city center and we could walk to the beach. I highly recommend this little gem."

"We wanted a place outside the Christchurch for our last night in New Zealand. The cottage was just perfect. It was had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Simple, functional space in a quiet reserved farming area. The cottage had everything we needed, and it was just a short drive to Rangiora. David brought us fresh-baked bread, which was fantastic. We ran into some unexpected health issues and David was extraordinarily kind and helpful."

"Beautiful property but Old and Needing Maintenance. Power went out in kitchen, couldn't find circuit board/fuses. Toilet in master bath quit working, plumber had to be called. Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential."

"Sandard of the interior was immaculate. Sadly on the 2nd night other guests arrived to stay in the sleep out compromising the privacy of the property which was v.important to us as we had small children. Disappointed this wasnt made clear as we probably wouldnt have booked."
