"My friend and I met in Livingston for our 50th High School Reunion. We wanted something quiet and accessible to town. This house is not only the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, but it was also superbly stocked with so many extras that a person may need away from home, we were pleasantly surprised. It is nicely furnished. Such a cute house!! I would give this house a 10 out of 10. Management definitely is in it for excellent customer service. We would book again! "

"My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!"

"Nestled in the woods near lake Livingston ,Tx just a few miles from Coldspring , Tx is a true gem . The Bungaloo has a lot of character with modern amenities . Deer , squirrels , hummingbirds , and numerous lizards are available to entertain. The large windows allow you to enjoy the woods and creek , and cattle can be seen grazing in the pasture across the way . "We have stayed at this property a couple of times and it has been wonderful. We enjoy having the lake right there to fish, the fire pit to use at night, the multi spaces to give everyone plenty of room. If you have a large group this is the house you want. "

"The unit was very clean and cozy. It was easy to locate and in a very quiet area. It waant to far from where i had a meeting at. The small town nearby was nice and the property owner was very polite and i enjoyed talking to him. A blanket was left behind and it had sentimental value to it and he mailed back to me. It was a great experience and ill be using it again"

"It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. So helpful and sweet!"

"The meet our needs and we enjoyed the hound dog. 😊 A few things that would have made our stay better: the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work properly and the water did not get hot enough for a decent shower.. Overall it was a good experience."
